My take is that all was okay on the initial search but the lady later found a door open and some blood after which she called the cops.. JMO. In either case they now have him in custody.
......Sources told Fox News the shed and the boat had been searched earlier, but a woman noticed a door to it had been opened, saw blood and called police.....
