President Obama praised Bostonians for the capture of the suspected terrorist bomber Friday night, even as he issued a plea for the public not to rush to judgment about the suspects’ possible motives.
“Whatever hateful agenda drove these men to such heinous acts will not, cannot, prevail,” Mr. Obama said at the White House. “Whatever they thought they could ultimately achieve, they’ve already failed.”

That’s funny since Axelrod went on TV a few days ago and said that Obama believes the bombers did what they did due to it being “tax day” that seems like a “rush to judgment” to me..the media was gleeful that the bombers were some “Right winger” they are SO disappointed..when Obama says “Dont jump to conclusions” he means “Please dont trash Islam, its such a beautiful religion”
How many dead? How many maimed? How many wounded? How many terrorised?

Good post. One wonders what Obama would have said had the bombers been native born white people. And you’re right, it was a huge letdown for the media when the identity of the bombers was confirmed.

Obama would have gone on and on about how the NRA is evil and anti abortion people are evil blaa blaa blaa..I knew something was up when Obama gave his very first press conference after the bombing, he kept on saying “We need to know why this happened.” I knew right there that Obama already knew these were Muslims..it was like he was already making excuses for them, like a motive really was important..who cares why they did it they are TERRORISTS..but for Muslim sympathizers, there always has to be a reason for their evil, to make excuses for it and find someone else to blame

I could be wrong, but I am almost certain he referred to them as “boys” not men. I am sure the dozens of people being fitted for artificial limbs and those planning funerals feel pretty certain the killers achieved their goal.
