Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, apparently intending to help his brother, tried to ram the officers with the Mercedes. Instead, the officers lunged out of the vehicle's path and he ran over his brother and dragged him along the street before speeding off with police in pursuit.

makes me revise my carry load to include some way of keeping around 100 rounds of extra pistol ammo very close at all times. maybe a modified tablet case? I always take my tablet with me.
Why expose innocent doctors, nurses, and hospital personnel, as well as police guards to that exposure. Besides, at Gitmo, more appropriate questioning may be still available.
