The police should have placed a pressure cooker under the trailer. Even if it wasn't a real one.

Let’s hope he survives because he is due a boatload of suffering yet.

According to the reports I’ve read, The FBI HRT had the boat surrounded, and they were the ones who engaged in the firefight with him..How he isn’t dead is hard to fathom.

I'm glad the facts/photos are coming out as to what took place for this case first and for myself because I had heard on 2 different stations that a woman had found suspect 2 in her boat house and saw blood there. This is the first time I hear the correct facts about it was a man who saw him there injured. I decided to give the news today a break for most of today/after a late last night.

"Let’s hope he survives because he is due a boatload of suffering yet."

And we'll have to suffer through seeing his face on the six-o-clock News for at least the next twenty years

Dummy rounds... they wanted him alive. They got him to use all the rest of his ammo so they could get him out of there.

Now that it is over, his dead brother is only an alleged accomplice . . .

grumble...grumble...grumble...grumble...grumble...grumble...

He doesn’t appear to be in as much distress as I had hoped.

If he were to live his life in prison, I think that would be harsh to live with every moment of his being to what he did and what he & brother did as a group. Though, whatever the victims families ask for, I would respect that. I want to see justice prevail, not political correctness about his background/age etc. I hope the harshness opens more people up to the dangers of Islamic terrorists vs. this agenda driven for social equality; only masquerading for bigger government stuff. God Bless the families that these terrorists hurt and to those who lost their children.

The rest of his life here on Earth promises to be a living hell.

Darn straight. His life totally ended on Monday, when he and his brother pushed the buttons.

His dad urged him to surrender, saying he had a bright future ahead of him. I thought that was the oddest thing to say. Completely out of touch with reality.

Breathing or not, he's dead. Whether he keeps breathing for the next 60 years, he's dead.

Actually, I hope he enjoyed the human contact he got last night. When this is done he will enjoy the high altitude of Colorado, solitude, and fluorescent light, 23 hours a day.

And no one will ever touch him again.

Not a pleasant way to go through the next fifty years or so.
