And yet all these Islamic immigrants are called “homegrown” terrorists by Fox News.
Sorry, we didn’t grow a single one of these raghead bastards.

"before U.S. Magistrate Judge Tounisi, who is reportedly friends with another suburban man charged with trying to bomb a Chicago bar"
Need to keep an eye on that magistrate judge.

Should’ve ex-filtrated the southern border. Maybe it’s harder than going North?

Our approach to addressing this problem isn’t helped by using insulting terms such as “ragheads”. Likely you missed the memo. The headwear of our opponents is not the result of a meticulously folded towel or rag. In fact a small sheet of cloth is used. The memo directed us to use a different less insulting phrase when describing the persons wearing it. “Little sheet heads” is the approved and advocated term of referrence.
Cheers.

FR is funded solely by the freedom loving folks who love and use it.
According to our stats report, approximately 349,000 visits yesterday
from 234,000 unique visitors and over 1.7 million page views.
Nowhere near the size of Drudge, of course,
but people from all over the nation flock to FR
for the latest breaking news and conservative viewpoints.

In case you missed a few important sentences in the linked article, he originally came under suspicion as a close acquaintance of a terrorist who attempted to commit a terrorist act in his state.
He was stopped from leaving the country due to his documented attempts to join an international terrorist organization. That is against our laws.
It appears from the article, the government does have numerous legally obtained evidence to offer as “reasonable proof”.
So yes, a US citizen can and will be stopped from leaving the country, if a judge is convinced by a preponderance of legally obtained evidence, and a judge determines it is legal to detain him/her, because a formal accusation of his/her intent to commit illegal acts on foreign soil is within the bounds of reasonable.
What aspect of this case do you have a problem with?
