Did you ever get one of those jar picker upper thingies?
Errands complete, for the weekend, I hope. Sorting paperwork...LOTS of things require a death certificate to complete. I’m still waiting for them. Then I’ll take a day off and take my Mom and paperwork around town to get utilities and bank accounts changed into her name.
WOW! That’s a lot of strawberries. Amazing price is always nice to find. Happy canning and freezing.
Sounds good...have to find a substitute for the stuff with green chili...neither my Mom nor I can handle them.
How about the chicken with just the taco seasoning packet?
I like putting all the possible toppings out for each to choose. And the shredded stuff is lovely.
It takes ALL the dedicated people to make it work.
Thank you both for helping. And a special thanks to you as Veterans.
Kathy, if you can’t handle green chili, my guess would be to add a can or two of diced tomatoes with the packet of taco seasoning (or a part of the packet if it’s just for one or two), depending on how much you are making. I hope you don’t try to make it dry. I am sure it will turn out perfect!
I had bunches of notes to make sure I didn’t mess up.
Remember how bad it got if you forgot to close your code?
Man...FReepers were unmerciful if you forgot.
And most comments had already been made by the time I got to the threads. The 4 hour time difference is a bit of an issue to this day.
Thanks.....one of these days we will have to try it.
Thanks, unique, for the logo.

Christ The Lord Is Risen Today
Good morning and a Blessed Lord’s Day to you and yours, JJ.
We are doing well. My Dad is on the mantle and we talk to and about him every day. At a later date his ashes will be buried at Fort Richardson National Cemetery. My Mom wears his wedding ring and feels his presence. They had more than a year to talk about the past and present. We feel blessed that The Lord took him home quickly after the stroke.
I am happy to hear that.
Thank you for doing your part to help keep all of us free and safe.
Thanks, unique, for the pastries.
Coffee is always on........
How about a donut?
Cookies?
Veggies?
Sandwich?
Good night.
Thank you.
"And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away." -from THE BIBLE: Revelation 21:3-4
