They screw with ordinary people on a daily basis over much less. Why would this jerk get a pass?
Older MA plates - green letters - only have one rear plate (non-commercial) but the newer ones - red letters - have two plates (front and rear). There aren't that many old plates kicking around...also, if they are too worn you get a fine.
Curious how these punks are driving around with an old plate. They haven been issued for about 25 years.

Don’t know Mass. auto tag requirement, but it could be something as simple as out of state tags. No where in the article does it say they were Mass tags.
Not sure, but I agree the front tag is probably not a state issued tag.
Those cray Yankee states! I could not imagine seeing a bumper sticker like that down here in the ol South. A 4X4 would have already used that car for monster truck practice.
