I wondered why they call him Mumbles, until I finally saw him interviewed. The term is perfect.
The same mayor who declared with certitude this morning that they “acted alone.” Are there any Mass. pols who aren’t total idiots?
Can he write? Type? Mouth words? Then he will have to do those things to tell us what we want to know.
Speaking is not the only way to communicate. Menino should know that...no one has been able to understand a word he’s spoken for decades.

Being a good communist, Menino, would not want to have the Muslim Terror Cells in his city exposed.

U.S. Senator Dan Coats, a member of the Intelligence Committee, said it was questionable whether Tsarnaev would be able to talk again.
“The information that we have is that there was a shot to the throat,” Coats told the ABC program.
“It doesn’t mean he can’t communicate, but right now I think he’s in a condition where we can’t get any information from him at all,” said Coats, an Indiana Republican.
