What is DHS doing in Waco Texas hours before the explosion? Video blogger engages in speculation about some connection to Boston but is clueless what will happen 42 minutes after this was uploaded.

This guy is definitely from Waco. Video blogging the response now.. silly videos like visiting local store before.. in his narrative he says he saw these trucks rolling in as he was getting home from work.. perhaps 5:30PM? What was the timing of the first EMS call from the West Fertilizer Plant?

Why - I’ll just wait for our goobermint and our brilliant media peoples to tell me exactly what happened.

Cripple, just weird... but yea... could come to that.. when was this thing called in to EMS? If it was that morning.. then this would make some sense.. but if you check the thread.. DHS is saying Ammonium Nitrate at the facility was a big surprise which is why Fire Teams were doing what they were doing... but if DHS knew to be there.. then why not evacuate?

Why look for conspiracy when there is just plain huge incompetence to be found everywhere??

Thats not true.. check the link.. UStream recorded the upload Tuesday at 6:58 PM.. thats as dated as you get.. its contemporaneous.. and in a stream of other non-conspiracy minded reports.. the guy is just doing his thing.. but its a data point. If you watch the thing.. he gets off of his feet and goes and shows you the trucks..

How does anyone ever solve any crime or solve any riddle? We are really a bunch of sitting ducks, if each time someone raises a question about something, they are shouted down as being “conspiracy kooks”.

We are turning into a very soft country.

I have searched and searched reports and not found any mention of when this was called in.. which will come.. I guess.. but.. rather than conspiracy.. lets just talk about why if DHS was there.. weren’t they evacuating???? as the previous Nitrate explosion in Texas killed thousands..

Lets get to the right story and if something even stupider shows up.. we will deal with that..

Me? I’m willing to listen to any crazy nutjob conspracy theory. No matter how wacky or far-fetched.

Whether from Alex Jones Truthers or Hillary Clinton and MSNBC News.

Because oftentimes the “Sandy Hook was an Act” rhetoric is usually far more believable than the contradictory and self-serving dreck that craps out from “official” sources.

Sure do. Out in the boonies, though.

Personal note here. I’m one of the many thousands of I35 travelers that routinely stop in West for kolaches. Have stopped many many times at the Czech Stop. Wonderful place. I read that even as West was literraly blown apart, they didn’t close. They stayed open to serve customers. One time I did more than make a pit stop at the Czech Stop. I drove a few blocks over and toured the downtown and looked over this small town of less than 3000 citizens. I was very impressed. It was and will be again - A Great Town.

Prayers are with West, Texans.

Explosion happened at about 8pm local time. The first DHS video he uploaded was at 2:02pm local time, according to uStream’s timestamp.

I'm going to randomly hazard a guess that DHS was there as April 19th was right around the corner, and on April 15th, two bombs exploded in Boston during the marathon.

Seems like a reasonable deployment given the unknown nature (and much speculated ‘Tax activist’) of the bombings in Boston and the April 19th anniversary of the deaths in Waco.

April 19th is the anniversary of the Clinton administration’s massacre of the Branch Dividians, which burned 84 people, including 24 children, alive. Perhaps DHS was anticipating some trouble in Waco on that day.

I didn't check that.. Wanted to confirm the post was genuine so checked before and after to make sure he was from Waco really.. but didn't know anything more than this was a bit off.. and wondered what it means.. I looked and looked in coverage for when this Fire was called in and no luck.

You explanation seems reasonable.. but these guys carry real "Communications" with them.. if this thing was called into 911 system.. and it was.. because Firefighters died on the scene.. in the explosion.. then given the threat.. (that you would have thought someone would have considered.. considering.. Fertilizer Plant..) Why were these guys sitting on their hands and not clearing West at least?

I think you are right, the Waco anniversary is the reason.

The US government actually keeps a calendar of national and international event anniversaries, and even some private security companies do so as well. They do this because it actually helps ward off, or at least respond to potential anniversary events by pre-positioning.

Another great point.. could be that is what was up.. but it would be a terrible shame that they didn't keep track of what was happening in the surrounding area.. like a fire at a Fertilizer plant.. perhaps..

How is Waco form West where the explosion was. If they were part of a conspiracy they would not have been so obvious. They could be monitoring for something maybe even getting a background readings. I really doubt that thousands of Homeland security people would be waiting in a secret warehouse on call. I would have them working.

Your euphemistic use of the phrase is commendable, but had they done their job...then an investigation prior to Boston utilizing the tools at their disposal wouldn't be "engaging in a conspiracy theory" it would simply be the authorities doing their job.....an investigation....because we know there was VERIFIABLE proof now of things that they should've been watching them for.
Whereas conspiracy theory crap is, as a rule, unverifiable in almost every way.

If there were strangers wandering around the fertilizer place, everyone in town would know about it in 5 seconds flat. That’s how small towns are. Driving one of those DHS vehicles anywhere other than down I35 would have stood out like, well, like a big ash DHS vehicle and people would be out taking pictures of it before it made it a block down the street. Sorry, this vid just doesn’t wash.

Aside from the obvious dates, Waco is on one of the main, if not THE main, highways through Texas. Then there’s Ft. Hood nearby. Sure, seeing one of these vehicles can lead to tin foil hat adjustment, being in Waco wouldn’t indicated a rush to buy stock in Reynold’s Wrap.

What was the timing of the first EMS call from the West Fertilizer Plant?

*************

The West Texas voluntary fire department responded about 7:30 pm CDT to the brush fire at the plant. The explosion occurred about 7:53 pm CDT. I have no idea what the trucks were the guy was filming but if I had to guess I’d say seismograph trucks. jmo/guess only.

Time line at the following link but remember the times shown are EST for some reason.

(that you would have thought someone would have considered.. considering.. Fertilizer Plant..) Why were these guys sitting on their hands and not clearing West at least?

First and foremost, the fire was at 7:30pm, and this video was taken somewhere around 2pm according to uStream's timestamp of the live feed (there was a second video on the stream, that was uploaded later, but one was done live. The second video was the one linked to the original post.)

Next, when the fire was reported, volunteer firefighters started to the fire, but at the same time, workers at the nursing home and at the hospital were notified about the fire and started implementing those emergency procedures that were already in place, and started evacuating.

Lastly, absent the explosion, why would DHS respond to a simple fire at a fertilizer plant? These things happen, it isn't all that unusual, and their deployment, if related to the deaths in Waco, was to support local law enforcement days later. I don't see why they'd suddenly race up the road and start pulling people out of their houses. And this fire was more than 20 minutes away, I don't even see how DHS would even be notified of the fire prior to the explosion, much less dispatched.

Unless you're suggesting that DHS would roll up into a town, tap into the 911 system for a town twenty minutes away, and be constantly monitoring communications. That would probably not go over well with anyone, from Texas authorities to local jurisdictions.

Instead of keeping track of a Muslim terrorist that the Russians had warned the US about.

Instead of deporting a wife beating muslim who by law should have been deported.

Our glorious SS security forces were driving around Waco looking for more white Christians to shoot.

Even worse, conspiracy theories are a valuable tool for discrediting opposition.
