Saudi National Questioned in Boston was on Terror Watch List
Fox News ^ | Monday, April 22, 2013 | Todd Starnes

The Saudi national who was initially detained and then ruled out as a suspect in the Boston Marathon terrorist attack had been flagged on a terror watch list and was granted a student visa without being properly vetted, sources have told me.

A source close to the investigation revealed that Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi had been deemed inadmissible under the section of the Immigration and Nationality Act which declares ineligible for a visa – any alien who is engaged in or is likely to engage after entry – in terrorist activity.

At least two additional sources have confirmed to me that Ali Alharbi is set to be deported as early as this week, contrary to statements made by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano.

SNIP

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement official told me that it was a case a “Saudi being in the wrong place at the wrong time.”

The official, with knowledge of the case, said Alharbi’s status has changed – but as it now stands – he will be sent back home.

“They don’t like the negative press,” the official said of the Saudis. “The guess is he will probably be allowed to leave without a lot of hype in order to avoid political sensitivities with the Saudis.”

I contacted my congresswoman, a Republican, and they are acting like this story is not true. She is believing the Dept. Homeland Security. I asked her aide to contact Congressman Duncan who has this document.

I just read an older thread linked here. It’s the one that had the first pictures of the stuff being removed from this Saudi terrorist’s apartment. That article said he was taken to the hospital due to shrapnel wounds to his legs. It didn’t mention anything about burns on his hands, and I think that bit of info may not be true.

You could also say, the above is designed to keep us dependent on oil from the Middle East.

Thanks for the ping. The story of the Saudi student has been stinking to high heavens from the very beginning.

Now Fox News has scrubbed this article from their website, but other media sources had already copied and posted it.

This azzhole was on the terrorist watch list and “should” have been ineligible for a student visa in the first place. Next, he was supposed to be residing in Findlay, Ohio, but he was in fact residing in Boston. Next, he just “coincidentally” happens to be at the Boston Marathon. Next, he just happens to be standing close enough to where the first bomb exploded that he got shrapnel wounds on his legs. Next, he’s acting suspiciously enough that bystanders tackle him and detain him until the police take custody of him.

After the initial FBI investigation of him as a “person of interest” in the bombing, they classify his status as “3B”, meaning that the evidence of his terrorism classification is overwhelming.

Next, John Effen Kerry has a closed meeting with a Saudi minister. Next, Ozero has an unscheduled meeting with another Saudi official. The terorist azzhole is scheduled for near-immediate deportation and the FBI file shows it’s for national security reasons related to the bombing.

Next, his scheduled deportation begins to be leaked and the entries in his FBI file are altered just prior to Janet Napolitano smacking down a congressman for asking a question about the terrorist azzhole’s status.

There is enough smoke here that the thing is actually a blazing inferno. It may get tossed on the ash heap from Benghazi, where it will diasppear down the rabbit hole, along with the Benghazi survivors that no one can find or talk to.

We are living in very evil times.

IIRC, Saudis don’t need a visa to enter the US.

Neither do Canadians.

Passport or other positive ID is good enough.

There is something seriously wrong here, and it deserves all the attention we can give it.

Was this Saudi-National on the terror watch list ?

If so, how was he allowed to enter the USA ?

If not, why was he considered a person of interest ?

How many other Saudi nationals are in the US ?

Of those, are any of them on the terror watch list ?

If so, why are they here ?

Are there “special” considerations and treatment for them ?

If so, why ?

I get the sense that this Gov’t, our Gov’t at the highest levels, has made a deal with the Saudis.

I get the sense that they also expect and are willing to allow them to recruit, mentor and facilitate terrorist activity in the US.

I get the sense that they, our Gov’t, wants to normalize terrorist attacks in the minds of the citizenry.

I get the sense that our Gov’t wants to use these attacks as practice for future police state actions.

That’s not her foot. It’s connected to the guy kneeling off to the side. I saw it that way at first, and thought OMG! I think the camera angle really distorts things....
