Ostumbles does not want anybody to find out that Saudi kid was probably involved and maybe the ringleader and/or bag man. Both of those brothers were driving high line cars and supposedly the older one had on $900 shoes when he was killed. Neither one of them had a decent job so somebody was bankrolling them.

I think in light of the breaking news on the Blaze and elsewhere and the letters from congress, that they may be trying to cover their own tracks now of complicity and malfeasance.
