you’re splitting hairs, whether he should have been granted citizenship is now a moot point he IS a citizens. if we start rationalizing that criminal intent voids citizenship, then it won’t be too long before the left uses that same cudgel against conservatives.

we either have constitutional protections or we try to weasel our way otu of them. if we can toss their rights out the window when it suits our purposes, they will be able to toss ORU rights out the window when it suits their purposes

And again, you can't use it against those born here.

Peter Jennings LIED when he became a citizen of the United States in 2004 (he brags about keeping his Canadian citizenship) so that he could vote against Bush.
