btw, you should look up the Giles case where the guy killed the person who gave the statements to the police.
I have Black’s Law right here....I really couldn’t figure out how you were applying it. And one case usually doesn’t do the trick to make your case.
I tend to believe that the ‘kidnapped’ man was actually complicit in helping the brothers to make a getaway. Until I’m told the name of the guy and it does not have an Arab take I will continue to believe this ‘abducted’ person was part of the plans. I have read where this person is the mysterious Mississ(?) guy who was idea logic feed for the brothers. It will be interesting to see how this shakes out.

He was shot in the legs, head, neck and hand. What they were giving him at the hospital was probably just as good as sodium pentathol. Shame that they couldn't have hit both arms too, maybe an elbow. I suppose it's too late to do it now. Darned shame.
