A federal judge gave a skeptical reception Wednesday to the Obama administration’s arguments that the courts should stay out of the dispute over the Justice Department’s refusal to turn over some Operation Fast and Furious-related documents to a House committee. OK, lets assumke for the moment that th judge orders them to turn over the requested documents. Obama refuses...then what.
You understand that nothing will happen. The media will ignore it and things will go on as before.
The “Justice Department” is not what it used to be. The judicial system ditto.
So is this the SECOND smack-down of Obama by a judge this week? This and the illegal aliens case.
I don’t think so. A federal judge may order the US Marshals to arrest them after holding them in contempt of court. A good example of how close the Secy of Interior came was in the oil drilling permits cases in the Gulf. Salazar was just hours away from a contempt citation and he complied.
I’m not trying to be a buzzkill.
Why isn’t Holder in the hoosegow after being held in contempt, Obama on the drilling moratorium, etc.
I’m not optimistic that anything will happen.

public opinion. And who informs the public? The old

even a 'criminal' contempt in a courtroom requires that the judge allow the offender to 'purge' the contempt before being locked up
the same applies to being held in contempt of a subpeona

Remember in the Old Testament King Ahab and Jezebel 1 king - the outcome for a foolish King and his wife did not pan out so good for them.

- Jezebel was thrown from a wall, the horses trampled he body and wild dogs and vultures consumed her leaving only her skull left to be buried
God does work in myusterious ways. Maybe God wants America to see what happens to a country when it turns from him and lo and behold it takes a dictator to wake up a country the founders constitution and bill of rights have had a purpose abd the Obama administration has resorted only to desperate attacks - financing terrorism - to inflict fear. But Americans are tough and resilient
