Breaking Report: FBI Was ‘Shocked’ to See Judge ‘Waltz’ in and Give Tsarnaev Miranda Rights

FOX News afternoon host Megyn Kelly broke the news this morning that – FBI agents were “shocked” to see a judge “waltz in” and read Dzhokhar Tsarnaev his Miranda rights this week. According to Kelly, Dzhokhar was giving the agents crucial information before the judge, at the request of the Obama Administration, put a stop to it.

Regular viewers of Fox News are used to seeing popular host Megyn Kelly on their televisions every afternoon, but on Thursday morning Kelly made a special appearance during the morning to break some surprising information: according to her sources, the FBI was “shocked” to see a magistrate “waltz into” the hospital room of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and read him his Miranda rights.

So why were they shocked? According to Kelly, the FBI was under the understanding that they would get much more time with Tsarnaev under the “public safety exemption” before he was read his rights. Adding to the shock: the sources told Kelly agents were getting crucial information after only 16 hours of questioning and were making valuable progress. No matter.

“It’s really unbelievable,” Kelly said.

Thanks for the link. Seems to me the confession he gave the FBI before being Mirandized is inadmissible. That may not matter because he confessed to the carjacking victim and it sounds like there is a bunch of physical evidence linking him.

I think the whole point is that if a suspect is dumb enough to talk, we should let him.

“I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the armed forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.”

Of course, he lied to the infidels. No way he can be considered an American citizen. He is an enemy combatant. Who says a NBC can’t be an enemy combatant? And as has been said repeatedly, no citizen has to be read rights they already have. The judge and her minions didn’t waltz in to read his rights, they were there to give him some other message.

He's been in the country since he was 8.
He is said to have been very Americanized.
I'm assuming he has watched a fair amount of TV.

So, he's talking away to the FBI, giving some valuable information, when some judge walks in and has a conversation with him.
"What?? I have the right to remain silent?? Anything I say can and will be used against me?? Really?? Well, I'm not saying another damn thing!"

I have a hard time with that one.

I find it more believable that the judge carried a direct message from the White House and said, "Shut up or you will be dead in 24 hours." That may not have been the actual words, but I do find that scenario more believable than the supposed scenario that the 19-year-old had never watched a cop show on TV.

why didn’t the FBI agents in attendence stop Judge Judy from waltzing in to do Obama’s/Holder’s bidding?

I'm wondering why they bothered formally arresting him. It's not like he was going anywhere. They could have questioned him all they wanted without any question of Miranda. You're right about stopping her at the door. I'd have immediately released him from arrest and that should have stopped the judge cold. She'd have had no business there if no one was under arrest. Then have her escorted out and continue questioning the little punk as a witness or person of interest.

Wow, she’s now reporting Mass. governor isn’t going to release any government freebies and perks the family got. Amazing how many officials are going out of their way to cover up for these monsters at the dire expense of this country.

No wonder it took two trips on the part of the Royal Saudi family to convince the US government to cooperate.

I still want to see the paper trail left by the Secret Service when the First Lady went to visit the Saudi national who was considered involved with terrorism and “armed & dangerous.” I am sure that the Secret Service agents were not thrilled about that and demanded written orders. Of course the night before the visit the Saudi's paperwork was changed to clear him of all wrong doing.

And now a judge upon Administration orders, gets the living suspect to clam up; this is all smelling to the high heavens.

No, they aren’t covering up for the killers. They are covering up this governments astronomical, rampant and negligent waste of the taxpayers money which is condoned and given away to, in this case terrorists. They have created welfare addicts to get votes and the government is the pusher.

That the FBI is "shocked" US Citizens should be Mirandized when apprehended for crimes on US soil is shocking in and of itself.

After all, the FBI is under the Department of Justice

It's a national security exception. They were trying to find out if there were other bombs about to go off or if he knew about imminent plots. Saving lives now is more importtant than losing a portion of the evidence against him--there is plenty of other evidence.

Plus Obama will pardon him when he's leaving office, on orders from the Saudis.

Obama and his cronies want to keep the terrorist schmuck quiet about what he knows about the Saudi National..my guess is the Saudi National is somehow involved and Tsarnaev was about to spill the beans

Deval Patrick (Obama's Mini-Me) is compromised. He is now trying to cover up his own complicity.

See him in this video hugging and acquiescing to the demands of the radical cleric who presides over Menino's MB mosque, the mosque connected to terrorists:

It was part of the Patriot Act enacted after 911 that gave us DHS and TSA. It was tested in the SCOTUS and won but the Justices entered something that the time limitation was not definable but for some reason I think the ruling said something about 48 hours. The problem with this case is he was incapable of communicating for most of the 48 hours and that condition was not defined in the ruling.

The bottom line is the Obama Administration looks to have pulled the trigger on shutting him up as soon as they possibly could.

True.

Did you see a few minutes ago on FOX the mother of the brothers boo hooing for the cameras? Totally distraught yet she couldn’t manage a single tear for the cameras. All’s good when your son, praise allah (/s), has his 72 virgins, huh.

Why was a judge needed to read him his miranda rights? Can’t the police do that? Why didnt the police do it sooner, e.g. when he was escorted off the boat? He is a US citizen. Should have read him his rights when he was being arrested.

how are they determining what is an Enemy Combatant vs just your run of the mill dirtbag muzzie naturalized citizen?

Sounds like muzzie scum might be using the "naturalized citizen" dodge. IMO if any "naturalized citizen" commits an act of terror ... their citizenship should be immediately revoked and then be treated as an un-uniformed enemy combatant .... and hanged.

Why would anyone be shocked that Obama gave this order. It's clearly treason - standard operating procedure for Obama. I would have been shocked if Obama had not again betrayed America.
