Chinese troops continue mobilization along N. Korean border

BY: Bill Gertz

April 24, 2013 5:00 am

China’s military is continuing to mobilize military forces along the North Korean border despite official denials as Pyongyang appears set for a missile test launch this week, according to U.S. officials.

U.S. intelligence agencies continued to collect reports of Chinese military movements in border provinces that have been underway since last month.

To invade NK or to support them if war breaks out... that’s the question...

China is edging toward some trouble with Japan, and possibly edging toward some trouble on the Korean peninsula.

If the global economy were on the brink of a total collapse, (and this appears to be so) then unstable countries (and China appears to be one) may want to embroil themselves in a war as a way to power through a period of broad disruption.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if China knew bad things were coming and just decided to go "all in" and grab most of Asia for itself.

South Korea doesn’t seem too worried about the North’s bluster and I think there’s a very good reason. China would not be amused by a North Korean attack on some of China’s best customers.

At first I thought the Chinese were positioning themselves to assist the Norks in case the Allies attacked, but I don’t believe that anymore. Air raid drills, live-fire artillery exercises and now a big troop mobilization, all of it far from the supposed front line that the Norks would open ... nah. Doesn’t add up.

The only question remaining is whether the Chinese will let Kim Jong-Un slip quietly into exile, or just stand the bastard up against a pock-marked wall.

The Obama Regime’s decision to allow females to serve on the front lines in combat may be put to a test sooner than expected.

Ask any Korean War infantry vet about those -15F winters, waiting for 2000 Chinese troops hopped on opium, blowing their bugles at 2 in the morning, beginning an attack.

Answer: to support them of course.
The Chinese may not like NK very much but they'd stand with them against USA any day.

TLR, political people and media in the USA have recently been spreading much hysteria and panic with efforts to eliminate civil liberties (freedoms). Consequently, ammunition for civilians is all sold out and has not been available.

So people here in the West do not know about the increasing chances for international nuclear exchanges. By now, China has hundreds if not thousands of mobiles that can reach any part of our USA with accuracy (study and public report by a US Congressman more than 10 years ago), and there have been rumors of deals between Russia and China against the USA for a long time (SCO).

We know that China wants to control more ocean routes and resources, and that Chinese people are taught that the Yellow River runs into the sea (Chinese perception: Chinese power flowing to the world in vengeance for past foreign uses of Chinese resources and people).

LOL, it will be a cold day in hell before ANY American female is on the front lines in Korean War II.

In Panama, a few of them found themselves on the receiving end of incoming rifle fire and bugged out and refused to obey orders to drive their trucks (transportation company) into a hostile fire area. Other men had to take over and do it for them. Ofcourse there were no prosecutions. Nevermind Eisenhower executed a kid by firing squad for doing the same thing in WWII.

The whole entire “women in combat” thing is just something to make liberals and their MSM retards “feel good” in the safety of a REAR AREA (the US). Incoming rifle fire in the thousands of rounds separates the “men from the boys” and “the men from the gals” real fast. Always has and always will! It’s a basic law of nature that cannot be legislated by gutless congress critters.

China has also sent troops over the LOC into India. It is bullying the Philippines and Vietnam. Then there is the Taiwan "problem".

None of China's neighbors feel safe right now, nor should they.

China is aggressively pushing out in all directions. Sooner or later they run into a US ally or the US itself. They will push and prod until they sense resistance.

Who is going to resist them? They have reached a territorial status quo with Russia. India? Maybe. China would think twice before taking on another Asian nuclear power.

Nope, they are going to push the Americans and their allies. It will be interesting to see how valuable the US "alliance" is to Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. Taiwan has been all but abandoned by the US.

You have to wonder how quickly the Japanese can become a nuclear power, how much groundwork they’ve already laid.

I sure wouldn’t be depending on the U.S. with Obama at the helm, if I were them. They’ve seen the Obama at the judo exhibition picture and him undercut other U.S. allies.

There's no way in hell a female infantry could spend a year in a shallow foxhole, much less use a bayonet. Bivouac shower once every 2 months? A friend of my Dad just passed away, he had a platoon member shot at his machine gun, his face began frying on the barrel and his hair began smoking and burst into flames.

The Japs can probably build a crude nuclear device in a short time. Making a deliverable warhead and a delivery system takes more time.

China is the biggest investor in all these SE Asian countries. Almost all the top/wealthy businessmen in the Phillipines, Malayasia, Cambodia and Indonesia are of Chinese origin.

China has deep roots in Asia and it is laughable to think the U.S. can counter that in the long term.

I read an account of WWII of the performance of a group of females operating searchlights for the German Army. When the bombs started falling, they all left their posts and hid. The German commander was not amused. He had them all shot.

It takes a lot of money to mobilize troops. I am sure the
Chinese are not doing this just for martial entertainment. If I were little Kim, I would not take the Chinese lightly.

Maybe Rodman should talk with him.

“The Japs can probably build a crude nuclear device in a short time.”

The “Japs” could build thermonuclear weapons with advanced delivery systems in short order and the Chinese know it.
