Left unattended, no accessory looks as menacing these days as a backpack. At the airport. On the subway. At a sports event. They’ve banned backpacks at the Pittsburgh Marathon.

In a city that has been working double-overtime for a decade to get more college students to come and live here.

Well, good luck with that one.

Why can’t this idiot Odumbo regime just ban terrorists?

I guess the next ban would be cell phones..you know, because it can act as a trigger device (cough)

Ban democrats instead of giving away more of our rights.

Lets ban baseball hats.

I could get behind a ban on all clothing in public, in bars or on airplanes.

I have the ability to "unsee" something I don't want to see.

They’ve banned backpacks at the Pittsburgh Marathon.

Let's face it, my father was right, "the terrorists have won." I know there are many support people at marathons who need to carry various things they need to get the job done. Take amateur radio operators for example. They need to carry a walkie-taklie at least or maybe a transceiver that is a little larger. You also need to carry several changes of batteries too. A pack or backpack would help.

So the law saying it is illegal to possess and use an explosive device to kill or injure is not working ?

I remember when these kinds of discussions were going on in 2001-2002.

Bush found a way to make people feel safe again.

When Bush himself threw the first pitch at the world series it ceased to be an issue.

No surprise that we're headed back to square one under this socialist president.

Use a firearm to kill and the democrats blame the gun. Use a bomb to kill and the democrats blame the bomber. That’s not even close to being reasonable but it sure fits the definition of delusional.
