During last weeks events in Boston, residents were told to shelter in place, which raises the question, would you know what to do if a similar order was issued in Philadelphia?
In the Emergency Management section of the City of Philadelphias website, there are now some guidelines for residents to follow.
First and foremost, the city says residents should be prepared to shelter in place for at least three days, which means stocking supplies like medications, food, batteries, drinking water, flashlights and more inside of an emergency kit.

City of Brotherly Love can do what they like. As for me and my house? We'll play things by ear.
Your homes are now jail cells.
We don’t want you to be responsible for your own neighborhoods.
Try to help us and we’ll shoot you.
Try to leave and we’ll shoot you.
Try to prevent us from a warrantless search of your home and we’ll shoot you.
Try to assert your rights, we’ll shoot you.
I hate this socialist police state. Demonic jack-booted thug assholes. Thinking they’re Joe Awesome and everyone loves them. Get treated like a frikking criminal cell block search in your own damn home and see if you still think cops are awesome.
I’ve said it before, the way to change these things, like Obamacare and sheltering, is mass non-compliance.
that is folking bee ess I will refuse any shelter in place orders those sons of beaches want to promulgate. folk that!
Boston’s “sheltering in place” sure looked a hell of a lot like martial law.

Submit or die. You must be a good Citizen.
The only question is how many I would take with me....
Citizens of Philadelphia who live in gang-infested and crime infested neigbhorhoods are already in “Shelter in Place.” Many cannot go out of doors at night without great risk of life and limb.
It’s funny but I lived in North Philly on Broad near Diamond during the 60’s at college and I felt more safe than the people there today. Broad and Diamond was the drug center of the ghetto back then, yet white kids could go to the Apollo theater without any hassle.
The Democrats have set back crime control, civil rights, and decency at least a century with their paternalistic, plantation addiction, welfare mentality, and the decent black people suffer the most from it.
If there is a revolution in Philly, it is going to come from the Democrat-oppressed blacks who want to get off of welfare addiction, having a plantation, “Yes Massa” subservience to the Democrat Party, and want their dignity as people back.
All I can say is, in the immortal words of H. Rap Brown, “Burn, Baby, Burn”.
Some call it revolution; others call it urban renewal, and the smart ones call it taking their city and lives back.
Good luck, brothers. You now know who the real enemy is. It’s up to you to take the next step, whatever it may be.
Surprized Philly CBS didn’t cite Watertown as an example of “citizen compliance”. Like that network did while it was going on. Bunch of creeps...
I’ve got your back. We’ll take out as many as possible.
I like stories like this. It reminds me that when the Islamic Jihad poop hits the fan, it’s not going to fling any feces out here in the country where my family is located. No. The poop will hit the fan and fly right in the faces of the concentrated Democrat parasite nests (”cities”), and that’s right where it deserves to hit.
