More proof that doing “recreational drugs” isn’t good for you. It’s also bad for the country.

I wonder how many convictions will be overturned if this actually goes through and the Appellate courts finally get their hands on this.

Yes we are that far gone, at least in California.

Once McCain, Rubio, Obama, and Schumer get the immigration bill passed, look for a redefinition of citizenship. It would not surprise me if in 20 years anyone on the planet can step onto US soil and immediately become citizens and qualify for all social benefits including a healthcare, foodstamps, and a full social security pension.

libRATs want non-citizens being tried to have a jury of their peers and they don't give a damn about American citizens.

Yes, we are. This part of a planned process to gradually make non citizens equal to *American* citizens. In doing so, they want to dilute and eventually eliminate US sovereignty.

This latest move will speed up the transfer of wealth from Americans to Mexicans.(Civil Juries) In addition, it will assure the conviction of Euro Americans who have the temerity to defend themselves against assaults by foreigners.

Many conservatives decided principles don’t matter and said so.

This is the result.

One could argue that California is not really our country, but, sadly, the evidence is that the state is becoming all too typical of our country.

I would agree, most all convictions will be overturned. In this case, you can imagine some Chinese guy named Wong who arrives on a Monday (illegally), and is picked to do a jury case by Friday. He has limited use of the English language, no real concepts of American civil law, or even watched a dozen episodes of Perry Mason.

Wonder if the non-citizens will be harassed and face potential jail time if they don’t show up for jury duty?
My daughter had gotten called for jury duty three times in the same year. The 3 rd time she decided she wasn’t going.
Well, the Deputy Sheriff showed up and hauled her off to jail.
The Sheriffs apologized and said this judge is hopping mad and they were sorry ,they had to arrest her.
I got a call from the kids”Our mom’s in jail”.
When I found out what for I nearly died laughing.
Said daughter, I’m glad someone thinks this is funny, now get me out!
I know you dying to know what city......San Francisco!!!!!

I just finished jury duty in SoCal and they aren’t lacking for people willing to serve. Out of the pool I was in..only two made attempts to get out of service..out of about 40 questioned by the judge/lawyers.
The troubling thing..to me..was that I never was asked to produce an ID to prove that I was the person on the summons. I just signed and swore. So..some illegal could show up with his cousin’s summons and sit on a jury in CA.
