It doesn't take a genius to tell that at this rate, on the 90th day
of the FReepathon, we would still be short of the quarterly goal.
That, my FRiends, is a damn shame!
The number of steadfast dependable contributors is
far too small when compared to the number of people
who regularly avail themselves of the fountain of information
that is Free Republic.
Times are hard. I get it, really. Income's not rising,
but groceries, gas, medicine and more surely are. Still, when
I examine the "bang for the buck" of a number of expenses,
Free Republic ranks toward the top of the list.
I'm scraping together another donation now. Won't you
take a moment, look under the sofa cushions,
and in your hearts, and give some financial support to
this forum that means so very much to us all?
God bless you, and God bless America, still the land of the free
and the home of the brave!
All donations, large or small, help keep Free Republic at the forefront of the battle for liberty. Please join the fight today. Become a monthly donor, and help stamp out FReepathons in our lifetime.
I sent a 20.00 donation two days ago. Did you get it? I put it on my Visa card.
I’m pinging Jim, to get back to you with this info. If it did come through, please accept our heartfelt belated THANKS for your generous support!
Is Islam a choice?
Jim has said that more than numerous times, and ignores any other useful advice.
This site should have made him a millionaire, and none of us here would have felt anything wrong about that. (We LIKE capitalism here)
No one would have objected to some advertising. Drudge report does it in a very unobtrusive way.
But to go contstantly begging for money is not a working model.
I would GLAD pay for ‘membership’ if I was forced to, and there should be some recognition that you are a contributor. Maybe a gold, silver or bronze star next to your name indication your level of sponsorship.
And nothing has changed for a decade. Why does hardware crash so much when he has over a $300,000 a year budget? I could run this site on one-forth of that.
And there is still no ‘like’ button. We can preach to each other all day long, but there is no way to share the nuggets we find of good stuff with the rest of the world. That would not only be EASY these days, but it would generate new traffic to the site and possible more income.
TAKE AN ADVERTSIEMENT OR TWO, it won’t kill you, Jim.
Salon.com and other idiot libtard sites have millions of dollars of funding. why don’t you? after 20 years this site should be way more important and more well known then those.
The only thing I would NOT like was if he cashed in his chips and sold it- THEN I would not trust the content anymore.
Why no contact The Blaze and try to set up a partnership or something? Show us you learned a thing or two about business here.
I remember seeing your screen name recently. Hold on and I’ll check. Thanks!

Please feel free to proceed with that plan at any time. We will be watching for your site. Thanks.
$300,000? How much does it cost to run a website???
Should I write my check to “Free Republic, LLC”?
Or “Free Republic”?
Or...?
Thanks.

Free Republic is unique. It is not Drudge. It is not Facebook. It IS FR!
