I heard someone on Fox News mention that 6-7mos ago, but it disappeared down a rabbit hole. The later, the gun-running theory came out, along with the kidnap-swap theory, and they subsided, too.
It’s going to come out that a “Carter-like failure” was small potatoes, compared to what really happened.
