IJ ^ | 4/30/13 | Kyle Becker

Obama’s top lawyer Eric Holder is facing criticism from America’s intel community for agreeing to read Dzohkar Tsarnaev his Miranda rights. The suspect legally does not have to tell authorities another word.

An ongoing FBI investigation with multiple leads and others suspected of collaborating with Dzhokhar Tsarnaev One of them is only being referred to as ‘Misha,’ and is alleged by the jihadi mama of being the indoctrinator of deceased suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev. Misha is a shadowy figure possibly affiliated with the tea party said to have trained Tamerlan in the tactics of violent jihad.

> I want to know why the JUDGE that went to his hospital room read him his rights? Has that ever happened before?

Doesn’t take a brain surgeon to figure out she was sent by the 0 administration to shut him up before he talked about how he, his bother, and cohorts are tied back to the WH. 0’s worst fears would be realized and everyone old be calling for his impeachment.

Once arrested he had to be taken before a federal magistrate within 48 hours. A mandatory part of the proceeding is an advisement of his rights. I don’t know why FBI and DOJ are hanging the judge out to dry on this, but I have a feeling it has to do with their bungling of the Russian FSB leads and the so-called “investigation” of his brother.

Mimi Bowler is a Magistrate judge, not a full-blown federal judge.

Why did she do it? She likes her job and the perks that go with it. (She certainly worked, pardon the expression, hard to get it. )

Going back to lawyering at her age and with her talent is out of the question.

Holder is in damage control mode, he wants to censor what gets out.

Exactly, and the FBI told him Joker was "singing like a songbird".This is why we need an FBI Director not connected to the AG or Oval Office.

SHOCK: Judge Who Ended Interrogation Of Boston Bomber Linked To Muslim Brotherhood

PatDollard.com | 04/26/2013 | Jake Hammer

UPDATE: Judge Bowler lists herself as “a dedicated international traveler” on her bio in Business Week. Where does she travel to in such a dedicated fashion? Who does she see there, and what does she do, so regularly as to be self-described as “dedicated”? And, perhaps, “dedicated” to anything in particular? Did she take on a radical Muslim boyfriend in her travels?

UPDATE – BOWLER’S APPROVAL TO SPEAK IN EGYPT CAME FROM THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD – Excerpted from The Conservative Tree House: That 2012 trip is “Post Morsi” – Meaning she was delivering her speech at Cairo University after the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood and the release from jail of Ayman al-Zawahiri. Meaning…. she had to have the approval of The Muslim Brotherhood to be an American Judge in Egypt – delivering a lecture, at Cairo University in 2012.

Regrettably, our government masters gave these guys citizenship even though they knew they were probably Muslim terrorists.

If you are a citizen, you have Miranda rights. As it is, the surviving terrorist’s lawyer may well get him off, since he wasn’t warned of his rights immediately. Yes, they had a right to question him about possible immediate threats, but a typical crook lawyer still will take advantage of this mess. And of course Holder and Obama don’t want this to be seen as a terrorist plot that they allowed to happen.

I don’t think it was a coincidence that a Muslin terrorist was made a citizen on the anniversary of 9/11, either. What are the odds? 365-1 against?

............................................................Well we know that’s a lie. If they had anything on the tea party we wouldn’t hear anything else 24/7.

Colorado tanker is exactly right. It was the filing of the formal charges that triggered the rest of the proceedings and the magistrate judge's actions. Nothing else.

Arraignments are usually held before magistrate judges, depending on local rules and pradcice.

WITHHOLDER never met a terrorist he didn’t like. THE FOREIGNER fits the same mold. After all, they have the same agenda and are trying to destroy america. Greatest mistake in the history of politics was looking the other way when fraud was committed by pelosi and the socialist democrats in getting this impostor on the ballot. Then sitting back and watch him destroy this country in the name of social justice.

"I want to know why the JUDGE that went to his hospital room read him his rights? Has that ever happened before?"

If I read yesterday's thread correctly, then she's connected with the mooslym brotherhood.

I suspect that when all is said and over the real facts will be that the cabal seeking to have a Western World under and controlled by wealth and money will reveal a Rothchild’s influence at least. One can review history over the last few centuries and see nefarious acts of this banking dynasty.

The suspect never had to say a word to them. You do not gain your right against self-incrimination when they read you your rights, you have them all along. And I find it hard to believe that someone who’s gotten to 19 years old in this country does not know that.

I don’t know why FBI and DOJ are hanging the judge out to dry on this...

I may be wrong about this, but I think the FBI's problem is 16 < 48. They, like you, me and everybody else, thought they had 48 hours. DoJ jumped the gun by more than a couple of hours. Maybe they did it out of ignorance or stupidity, but the DoJ still had time to operate without slamming the door in the interrogation.

The FBI had 48 hours to interrogate this guy under the exception.........the judge could have easily waited til the time frame was over...obvious “someone” was unwilling to wait.

I agree the Judge jumped the gun...but then that is how this administration works...they do what they want and know by the time their actions can be fought...it’s after the fact and they have already accomplished their purpose.

This administration is “accustomed” to moving ahead without consequences, because there are none. So this really shouldn’t surprise us, though it’s very frustrating.

I have to remind myself that this admistration did win..again....like it or not they are in the drivers seat for the duration. But worse ‘there is no push back enough’ to prevent them from carrying thru from a different angle...they just keep on jumping the hurdles...or tearing them down.
