Weren’t these the people who were in the photo at Times Square with one of the bombers? I don’t remember if it was the older one or the younger one, but at least two of these people (the one in the center and the one to his left) were in that photo.

They both look Asian, but there are a lot of Asian Muslims and there are also a lot of Russian citizens from the remote Stans who look Asian.

The two Asian looking ones are Kazakhstanis, Asshat and Dumbass (aka Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbayev). The one on the left is Robel Phillipos (I haven't yet come up with an insulting name for him), an American citizen per the MSM; though we don't yet know if he is naturalized or born citizen. Name is Ethiopian or Eritrean derivation, I think. Not necessarily Muslim; many in both those countries are Eastern Orthodox and have suffered greatly at Muslim hands.

Robel is probably glad to be in jail for a few days; because I'm thinking his mom and dad would beat the crap out of him for being so stupid as to cover for a guy they had to know was a murderer. Friend or not, he killed and maimed innocents, and these three are supreme idiots and azzholes for their part of this.

Interesting that it is the Boston PD and not the FBI.

I think their hands were probably tied by the laws and lack of any information of an imminent criminal plot.

Tsarnaev, the 26-year-old could have been removed from the country after a 2009 domestic violence arrest and conviction, according to a Judicial Watch source. That means the Obama administration missed an opportunity to deport Tsarnaev but evidently didn’t feel he represented a big enough threat. Other reporting confirms Tsarnaev’s arrest for domestic violence but we’re seeking confirmation of a conviction. Nevertheless he would have been subject to removal for the arrest itself.

So after all the Feds knew all about these people prior to the bombing, including being warned by multiple foreign governments, they and their family members had committed other crimes here, which one of the bombers could have been deported for, in addition to the fact we had info #1 was traveling to foreign countries to meet with terrorist radicals, there is more...Etc etc..

So once again, your suggesting even as the government takes hundreds of billions from the tax payers for their supposedly massive anti terrorist departments and intel etc, you're going to sit there and suggest the feds were just simply powerless to do anything because their hands were tied?

Come on Boogieman....No one buys that cheet.

I agree 100 percent. They really don’t give a shit how many legs and arms they wave to sweep up, as long as Islam is not offended.

Well, since were paying the fed gov hundreds of billions every year for this massive terrorist intel network and anti terrorist departments, Homeland security, TSA, etc., etc, they created... It begs the question: What the hell good is it?

All this and some posters suggest, "Oh, they have their rights, the governments hands were tied, the government was powerless here, and the government was just an innocent bystander and the government couldn't do anything about them prior to the bombings".

I'm sure you concur, this is the pinnacle of BS.

The Russians didn’t notify us about this guy until last November, when he was already a US Citizen, therefore he could not just have been deported for some old domestic violence beef at that point. It takes a little more than that to convince a judge to strip someone of their citizenship.

So, what else do you think, within their legally constrained powers, could the Feds have done to stop these guys?

I see you're defending the government again regarding the total failure involving the Boston terrorist and their co-conspirators.

The Fed are confiscating hundreds of billions from the tax payers after creating all these bloated government departments supposedly to eliminate terrorism here....

The government then turns around and welcomes in hundreds of thousands from Muslim countries...During war in Muslims countries...

And Boogieman tells us the governments hands are tied?

They were helpless to do anything with the information they received and had regarding the bombers and their American hating co-conspirators?

You and the government turn around and tell us these murdering foreign terrorist which they allowed into our country, have their rights?

Agencies we're spending hundreds of billions on every year, the FBI, CIA, NSA, TSA, ICE, etc, etc and all the other bloated costly government agencies, hands were tied while searching 5 year olds and grandma at the airport?

It's now discovered some of these foreigner aided and abetted their foreign terrorist friends, traveled out of the country and returns on visas which were expired?

In fact, now it's revealed some of these people were illegal alien Muslims...What's up with that boogieman?

The government and their hundreds of billions $$ in terrorism security apparatus were just helpless, right boogieman? Their hands were tied, right boogieman?

In fact, is it the helpless government that's inviting all these Muslims into the U.S. in the first place?

What's also interesting, is you coming out in support and defending the government, before investigations are even complete, and while we are now finding out more disturbing info about these Muslim foreign murderers daily. What's up with that Mr. boogieman?

The government has no problem keeping track of me. I live in Boston. I am being audited. Someone needs to pay for these illegals!

Absolutely...Yet the feds waited days before going public revealing the video they had in their hands...They terrorist could have been ID’d much sooner and the cop they murdered could still be alive...

Ya know why they didn’t reveal the videos sooner?

It’s because they wanted to make the arrest and break the case themselves.

They didn’t want the public’s help, until they reached a point were they couldn’t ID these people, who were living right down the street from the Marathon...

“I see you’re defending the government again regarding the total failure involving the Boston terrorist and their co-conspirators.”

Not really, I’m just asking you a question, which you don’t seem to be able to answer. I’ll ask it again though, maybe you missed it:

What do you think the Feds, within their legally constrained powers, could have done to stop the bombing before it happened?

” The government then turns around and welcomes in hundreds of thousands from Muslim countries...During war in Muslims countries...

And Boogieman tells us the governments hands are tied?”

Listen, I’ve already said several times on this very thread that I believe they should have deported every Muslim in the country. Nobody seems to want to do that, though, so what do you want the Feds to do, since that isn’t going to happen?

“They were helpless to do anything with the information they received and had regarding the bombers and their American hating co-conspirators?”

Well, that’s what I’ve been asking. If there was something more that you think they could have done, what was it?

“You and the government turn around and tell us these murdering foreign terrorist which they allowed into our country, have their rights?”

Of course they have rights, since they are US citizens. Do you believe that US citizens lose their rights because the government suspects them of something?

” It’s now discovered some of these foreigner aided and abetted their foreign terrorist friends, traveled out of the country and returns on visas which were expired?

In fact, now it’s revealed some of these people were illegal alien Muslims...What’s up with that boogieman?”

If you’re talking about the Khazaks, that’s an entirely different question. I’m talking about the Tsarnaev brothers, so let’s stick to that topic, since you still haven’t given me an answer that makes any sense.

“What’s also interesting, is you coming out in support and defending the government, before investigations are even complete, and while we are now finding out more disturbing info about these Muslim foreign murderers daily. What’s up with that Mr. boogieman?”

I’m just asking what you think they could have done to stop it, since you made the assertion that you suspected the government could have stopped the bombing, but allowed it to happen. I really don’t see how that is “defending the government”, or what that has to do with anything. Seems like you are just trying to muddy the waters by making some kind of backhanded insinuation about me, instead of answering the question.

This is what I'm talking about Mr. boogieman.

Ya rush in here defending and supporting this epic failure of government, before ya know all the facts. Ya defend government as we continue to learn more everyday about these American hating Muslims, which *your* government invited into our house.

How do ya think all those in the hospitals feel as their wheeled into surgery to remove what's left of the legs and arms?

The murdering foreign terrorist was not a U.S. citizen and the Feds knew damn well this AH was bad news.

This is no secret to anyone except maybe you.

Listen, dipwad, I’ve told you several times that I was just asking you a question to figure out what you think should have been done to stop this, because you made the implication that the government should have done something more.

You keep saying I’m “defending the government”, which is ludicrous. Since you won’t stop making these idiotic insinuations about me, I’m done with you. Pester someone else with your rantings.

No, it's quite a legitimate comment. Anyone can read back.

And now suddenly your pretending you haven't been sitting there for two days defending govenrment, with comments like, "Government's hands were tied, they couldn't do anything because the murdering foreign American haters were within their rights...They were citizens after all", while suggesting or implying the government had no idea these were bad guys...

All BS.

No sale mr. boogieman.

And then you go on to quote what my comments are “like”, in quotes, without actually quoting me? Get out of here with your lying tactics. If you want to quote me, quote me, don’t misattribute things to me, because that’s what you are doing, lying.

Of course you’ve been defending government actions on this thread, in addition to stating false information regarding the murderers immigration status.

How many times on this thread did you imply or suggest the government was helpless to do anything and their hands were tied, regarding these American hating Muslims, because these Muslims have their rights?

What about the rights of all those who were blown away, all because your government didn’t failed to do their jobs?

There is lots they could have done. They could have deported this AH’s several times and or not allowed these Muslims into the U.S. to begin with. Were these non-skilled AH’s imported here to punish even further the 20 million unemployed or underemployed Americans?

In fact suspect #1 was was not granted citizenship because the U.S. Government knew damn well this AH was bad news.

Not enough?

All this, while the government was showering these American hating AH’s with tens of thousands of tax paid benefits and prizes, while them and their families were out committing other crimes.
