Breaking: Boston police take three Boston Marathon bombing suspects into custody

Boston police have three additional suspects in custody in connection to the Boston Marathon bombings, the department announced Tuesday.
A spokeswoman at the Boston police department directed all questions on the suspects to the FBI, which has yet to disclose their identities.

I suppose the news could just as fairly describe a carpenter as having been arrested for having "nails that could be used in a nail bomb".

Charges against the new suspects involve providing some sort of assistance to the two main suspects, sources told Fox News. Police did not confirm the gender of the suspects and did not say when or where they were taken into custody. More information was expected to be provided by the US Attorney’s office later Wednesday.
Now where’s that federal magistrate to hurry over and read them their rights?
CNN is reporting that the three are students being charged with obstruction of justice. They include two New Bedford, Massachusetts, students who are being charged with making false statements to investigators and conspiracy to obstruct justice, the network reported, quoting Homeland Security sources.
