If congressional district majority voting is not taken seriously by the GOP, then it is not a serious national party, and it should be treated accordingly.
We will need a new party as they are not really serious about urban voter fraud.
All the arguments for Voter ID laws are just cover for minority disenfranchisement thanks to the BS media.
