MCALESTER, Okla. (AP) - A Krebs man who was in the country illegally has pleaded guilty to raping and impregnating an 11-year-old girl.
The man entered his plea Monday and was sentenced to 25 years in prison. On Wednesday, Pittsburg County District Attorney Farley Ward told the McAlester News-Capital that DNA test results show the defendant had gotten the child pregnant.
The Associated Press isn't naming the man because doing so could identify the victim.
The man was first arrested in 2011 for assault and transferred to Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody. He was deported later that year, but Oklahoma prosecutors put out an arrest warrant for him.
He was found in Arizona in November and tied to the Oklahoma warrant.

Will this mean he won’t get amnesty?
The good people of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma need to fix this.... permanently.
There is a severe ammo shortage, but last I checked the shelves had plenty of rope. If this guy is guilty, and the DNA is certainly suggestive in that direction, it would be nice to see swift justice.
Not a whole lot of tall trees around there. They might have to use the most convenient lamp post.
He will right after hussein pardons him on the condition he votes for him 11 times in '16.
The AP will not name the criminal because he is a HISPANIC ILLEGAL ALIEN. Identifying the criminal does not name the victim.
Will this mean he wont get amnesty?
No, but there are strict conditions:
He has to accept food stamps.
He has to accept welfare.
He has to accept housing assitance.
He has to accept legal assistance.
He has to accept a social worker.
He has to agree to apply for citizenship at some point, or else remain an undocumented person.
If he fails to meet any of these stringent conditions, the terms of his amnesty that's called everything but amnesty may be changed as needed.
Maynard G?
That is Eastern Oklahoma, plenty of trees and lots of them tall. Don’t tell anyone.
Too bad she wasn’t fifteen, he could have had her take a pill and hid the evidence of his crime. /s
