Mr. Holder cites the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution, which says federal law trumps conflicting state authority or exercise of power. Kansass law became effective April 25. When the corrupt feds reference the Supremacy Clause, you know they are blowing hot air. With one exception that I know about, we're probably never going to hear about the Founding States' division of federal and state government powers, evidenced by the Constitution's Section 8 of Article I, Article V or the 10th Amendment, from Holder or Obama guard dog Fx News.
Buried in somewhere in cyberspace archives (2009) is the following video of Judge Napolitano reading Section 8 of Article I.

What enumerated power does the Federal Government have to restrict, regulate or infringe upon the right to keep and bear firearms?
Even without the 2nd Amendment - the Federal government is supposedly one of limited and enumerated powers - all powers NOT so enumerated are the domain of the people and the States.

Hey, Holder....try clicking your sequined red slippers together three times and see how far that'll get you in Kansas.

Disband the federal Circuit Courts and the Supreme Court and retire them all.
We no longer need them.
Ww have Eric Holder to tell us what is constitutional and what is not.

Holder is bent on giving Obama a run for his money, as the most despicable bully in the Administration. I have been a bit hesitant to link the May Feature Article at the Conservative Resource Center, but guess that I should. It links Holder with Obama, as a bully, crack-pot & degenerate.
Do you think I am being unfair to either? Agenda Serving Bullies, Crack-Pots Betraying Duty?.

Watch, it will not be long before Holder plays the “RACE CARD!”
When they are out of chips they will always throw it out.

Interesting. So states fear oppression from the Federal Government to the point where they pass laws prohibiting enforcement just to protect their citizens Constitutional rights.
Then the AG says, You cant do that, Kansas. Thats unconstitutional and we are coming after you.

In the future, it’s going to be tough to be a good rank-and-file “liberal” or “progressive”....there will just be so much innuendo flying.
None the less...when my leftist neighbor finds himself totally screwed on the Obamacare waiting list or in the criminal justice system...I will nod sympathetically over the fence. That’s all I’ll owe.
