This article doesn’t make much sense. They devine the $59/gallon fuel as Jet fuel, but then later compare that to a cost of $3-4/gallon of a general fuel. How much does jet fuel usually cost?
On another note, if they truly are buying a “renewable” fuel, then they should just order 1 gallon per jet!
I paid $4.35 last Friday at a local airport for self service. The pump price was a dollar more.
