Two women rescued from Saudi diplomat's home after it was raided for human trafficking

Immigration officials are investigating a report of human trafficking at a home owned by Saudi Arabia in northern Virginia.

Two women were rescued by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers and spokesman Brandon Montgomery said the women - who are from the Philippines - were possible victims of domestic servitude.

One woman reportedly tried to flee by squeezing through a gap in the front gate as it was closing.

It is not yet clear if the women alerted authorities or if someone else called it in.

Fairfax County police were called in to help. 'Homeland Security Investigations DC did encounter two potential victims of trafficking and the investigation is ongoing,' a D.C.-based spokesman for ICE/Homeland Security investigations told NBCNews4.

According to real estate records, the home is owned by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Armed Forces Office. A representative of the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia could not immediately be reached for comment Thursday.

If ICE officials determine a crime has been committed a possibility exists that no charges will be filed due to diplomatic immunity.

“”If ICE officials determine a crime has been committed a possibility exists that no charges will be filed due to diplomatic immunity””

Wouldn’t that be pretty difficult to establish? The building is owned by Saudi Arabia but it doesn’t say any diplomats live there. Who gets the immunity? Under that scenario all kinds of illegal activities could be conducted here on US soil by foreign owners and we couldn’t prosecute?

AND right under the noses of ICE and Homeland Security. Cute! These foreigners all know what they can get away with in this country. PUSH! PUSH! PUSH! When are we going to start pushing back?

These Philippina women are often exploited by Arabs. They are recruited and fly to Saudi Arabia or other Arab countries, where they’re essentially held in bondage and are subject to every type of torment. I know a woman to whom this happened. Thank God, she contrived to accompany her employer on a trip to the US and managed to escape. But even in the US, Arab nationals here in the DC area are known to keep women as slaves. Surprising, huh. < /sarc off>

Diplomatic immunity for human trafficking for Saudis. I understand they get this from Obama for terrorism.

Just as Eskimos have many different words for the variations in ice and snow, and Hawaiian has many unique words for different forms and types of lava and lava rock, Arabic has more words for varieties of slavery and servitude than any other language. It is central to Islamic society from its inception.

Who makes a religion out of “submission” (the literal translation of the word Islam)? A would be totalitarian dictator, that’s who. The first pillar of Islam is the Shahada - acceptance of Mohammed’s absolute, sole, and incontrovertible authority - his word was God’s law, only he could speak for God, and nobody else could have any God that they spoke for. Everyone is effectively his slave under such a regime.

Slave raiding was a main source of income for Mohammed, his companions and his military. Islam has been a/the major force in the slave trade ever since. Europeans suffered more than 50 percent mortality with a year from malaria in Black Africa until the introduction of quinine in the 1800’s. They just pulled their ships into Muslim slave markets on the coasts to load up. Much of the coasts of Italy and Southern Europe were sparsely populated right up until the 1800’s due to persistent Muslim slave raiding, which was the cause of the USA’s first overseas war against the Barbary Pirates on the shores of Tripoli.

Slavery is enshrined in Sharia law, just as is unequal treatment of women and non-muslims. De-facto slavery is still practiced in Saudi Arabia, and muslims in North Africa, notably Sudan and Mauritania (the last country in the world to outlaw slavery) are still actively raiding and enslaving non-muslims today.

I am sure they will not get any amnesty or asylum in America. They probably won't even get sent back to the Philippines. Most likely, they will be sent to Saudi Arabia, to the original "owner," so they can be enslaved by the Saudis all over again. All in the name of PC. Am I being sarcastic enough?

It's odd how almost all modern slavery cases happen with Arabs.

Arabs holding other humans as slaves - not that it's PC to notice. Our bad to see the truth...

Guess we'll have to assume like the idiots at Homeland Security that it's just as likely that Norwegians enslave others...
