Kansas as well...

I like the Alabama law the best, though - “ALL federal gun control laws are unconstitutional”

The States were there to protect their resident — good for them...since voter feaud allowed this train wreck into officer twice - just like Clinton in the 90’s - now it’s up to the states to frend off the federal govt....might have to move there if Indiana doesn’t follow suit soon...

This is excellent news!

Yes....I see that I need to emigrate to SC or Bama...LOL

While the FL governor (who built his campaign using his non profit to attack ObamaCare) caved into Obama.... some other States have told him to bleep.

Obama, Holder, the Dems, do not have enough resources to go after every state

If Pelosi’s plane ever lands in Charleston, pull her off and throw her in the slammer where she will have enough time to read the bill and find out what everyone has known from day one.

"Is something happening here?"

The primacy of federal law over that of the states is a well established principle over the last 148 years. The enactment of nullification laws by state legislatures is nothing more than pandering to the local voters. Yet the message still needs to be sent loud and clear to DC, symbolic as it may be.

The Supreme Court may have ruled ObamaCare is constitutional, but implementing the controversial federal law would become a crime in South Carolina if a bill passed by the state House becomes law.

The bill, approved Wednesday by a vote of 65-39, declares President Obama's signature legislation "null and void." Whereas the law that Obama pushed and Congress passed is known as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, South Carolina's law would be known as the Freedom of Health Care Protection Act.

Thank you SC, I believe you might lead the nation in the second secession, like you did the first time. And this time, the South will win.

” Is something happening here?”

Yep. Some Americans are rediscovering their revolutionary roots, while others are holding a pity party and a surrender monkey parade, like here:
