Americans Are Ready for a Female President. Finally.
The Daily Beast ^ | May 4 ,2013 | Eleanor Clift

A new poll from Emily’s List shows an overwhelming number of voters now support the idea. It’s a movement the group hopes someone in the sisterhood is about to inherit.

Stephanie Schriock, president of Emily’s List, which raises money and works to elect pro-choice Democratic women, said she has no inside knowledge of what Clinton is likely to do, but there is widespread acceptance of a woman as president, and 72 percent of voters surveyed think it’s likely to happen in 2016. While Clinton gets mentioned most, there’s no guarantee she will run, which is why Emily’s List wants to “ignite the conversation” around an idea whose time has come, and build a movement that Clinton or another in the sisterhood can inherit.

>>>Putin might as well run.<<<

No way. White, Christian, heterosexual, pro-military, pro-family, anti-moslem = awful person. No chance in Neo-American public politics.

Some patriots may not understand that Palin had much more constitutonal authority to serve the citizens of Alaska than the federal government has, same for all other governors and their respective state governments. As I mentioned elsewhere, one of the few powers to regulate any aspect of intrastate commerse that the Founding States delegated to the feds via the Constitution is to regulate postal services, Clause 7 of Section 8 of Article I. Patriots who expect other “government” services on a daily basis from the president haven’t read the Constitution.

Military, treaty, intrastate trade and foreign trade issues aside, basically the only thing that Senator Palin or President Palin can do to help restore the Constitutional Republic is to help stop or veto appropriations bills that corrupt Congress cannot justify under the Constitution’s Section 8 of Article I.

My commie English professor used to say there would be a black man and a gay man president before there would be a woman.

Well we have a half black, but if we ask Reggie Love I bet he'd tell us the current WH occupant is a homo.

No kidding; one big problem is that statism is so ingrained in the general thought of the people that it's perfectly acceptable to push candidates who think there is a government solution to every problem (Romney and Obama are both Statists)... also bad is the idea that the President can raise/lower taxes or make/repeal law.

Ah.

His brother must’ve been horribly drunk when he married that hag. Must’ve filed for divorce shortly after he sobered up.

I'm glad that Palin did not run in '12. This is because I think that the election was rigged despite Obama guard dog Fx News claiming that it was a clean election. Losing would probably have made any challenger look bad for future races.

The most important thing to radical-feminists i.e. female Dem voters is that a female Dem candidate be a strong supporter of no-limits abortion. All other issues are trivial.

Would love to see Sarah debate Hillary.

Being a senator has no relevant experience to governing a country, unless you like going to meetings and flapping your gums. Being a senator would be a purely political move to satisfy those who would hold her quitting as governor against her. OTOH, the media and everyone who hates her use the fact that she has small children she needs to raise against her.
