I wonder how many of the Democrats on the Oversight Committee don’t show up on Wednesday.I’m thinking they’re quaking in their boots. There are some pretty dumb folks on the committee starting with Elijah Cummings. It should be good theater if the Republicans hang tough.
Maybe the REAL thing they are trying to hide is that Obama did go to bed and it was really Valerie Jarrett calling the shots.
That would make Obama actually look like a puppet who is allowed to take outrageous vacations and play golf all the time, while an unelected person is making all the decisions in Obama's name, without Obama's involvement or participation.
THAT would make people step back and ask why Obama is even there, if others are doing all the work.
This wouldn't be a case of an "executive" President (like Reagan was reported to be) who actively lays out strategic parameters and let's his subordinates work out the actual details. This would be a case of a completely disengaged President who is not participating in the daily rigors of the job.

The order to stand down had to be given because only the CIC can order a military action across an international boarder. Because the CIC went to bed and put up a don not disturb sign on the door.
Because forces were automatically deployed they had to be given a stand down order because no CIC was present to allow them to complete the mission.

Time will tell, but it seemed to me that, for some reason, Bob is taking this quite personally. That HE was bald faced lied to. Now, that’s a long way from being outraged over the gross and multi-faceted malfeasance that defines the regime. But, it’s maybe a start.
IMHO, the only way they will be forced out of office is if the Senate and House are both Republican and by more than a few seats. And, as I write this, the left is buying up every vote with food stamp bribes, and threatening the rest with DoJ lawsuits so they they can stuff just enough ballot boxes to make sure it does not happen.
I'm not saying the country is lost, but a lot of things have to go right for the left to be disengaged from the seat of power. (no pun intended)

Nail on the head!! I think that’s exactly what happened and a large part of why they tried so hard to make it go away. It would look really bad to find out that Emperor Barry’s puppet strings are being pulled by someone else ... by an unelected aide with no real chain-of-command authority ... but with strong connections to Iran....
I don't think that expectation even needs to be very much in our thinking. I am hoping for his support to weaken enough for us to have a fighting chance of holding the House and winning the Senate. I want The Dear Leader to be the lamest lame duck ever.
I have no doubt about that, after all the next day was *Party, Party* in Vegas.

If Obama left it to Jarrett and then walked away, it would be extreme deriliction of duty. Obama is the President, not Jarrett. Obama convinced 50 million people to vote for him just weeks after this happened, not Jarrett.
If Obama was found to have lied to the American people in order to win the election, and then cover it up after he won, and if the MSM and the people behave as they have in the past (Nixon covering up the break-in), then Obama SHOULD be forced from office. Americans don't like blatent stealing and cheating from their leaders.
And especially if it was the election that the People feel was won on false pretenses, not stolen votes.

Toensing and diGenova were talking about this last night on Rivero. There is a period of time that evening when Obama's whereabouts are not accounted for-i.e. the log of his whereabouts has not been released.
Could be. If so it needs to come out.
