Katy Perry's father isn't sold on his daughter's pop star status.
Preacher Keith Perry considers his daughter's come hither wardrobe and sexually charged song book an affront to the Lord. And he wants people to pray for his "devil child."
Keith and wife Mary are currently touring American churches as star speakers. The pair show a video making Katy out to be a “devil child” who needs “healing.”
Speaking in Santa Fe Springs, California, Keith ranted: “They ask how can I preach if I produce a girl who sang about kissing another girl? “I was at a concert of Katy’s where there were 20,000," he said. "I’m watching this generation and they were going at it. It almost looked like church."

Considering she’s the daughter of a deadbeat dad and a Jimi Hendrix groupie, Katy didn’t turn out half bad.
Katie is on a road to self destruction. She can pull back and recover and I hope she does before it is too late.
