In a sane world, Tamerlan would receive the same reckless disregard for the handling of his corpse that he offered his victims on that fateful day.
5/5/2013 State senator wants feds' help in finding gravesite for Boston bombing suspect

We have a body for burial that has caused a lot of controversy and we can’t continue to play this game,” Stefan told The Herald. “Under normal circumstances, the government would say it’s (the funeral parlor’s) responsibility to find a place for burial, but this is not normal circumstances. This is a nightmare. This can’t continue. He’s taking a financial loss as a result of this.

Too bad. So sad. That's not my problem and it definitely shouldn't be my government's problem. He wanted his fifteen minutes so now it's his problem. No one told him to take the body. That was his decision. Uncle Ruslan is a smart lawyer who has connections in high places, so let him deal with it. I still think the murder of Tamerlan's "best friend" Mess, Weissmann and Teken was his initiation and proving himself to Plotnikov. The murders were done on 9/11/11 and he took off to Russia three months later.
