Back when the Senate’s Gang of Eight was haggling over the details of its immigration-reform bill, TIME dug into four major hurdles the bill would have to clear. But now the dynamics have changed. The gang has published its proposal, and the details are now being debated in public. With the legislation now headed for mark up in the Judiciary Committee on May 9, here are four new obstacles around which supporters will have to navigate:
Problem #1: Stalling tactics from the right...

Bottom line: pray for this bad bill to LOSE IN THE SENATE. The assclown's plan is to blame HOUSE REPUBLICANS for the defeat....(whatever happened to conference committees?) but if the Senate says no, that plan goes to Hades.
I think the Republicans are gonna stall this until Benghazi’s full force ends a couple of weeks from now, then the bill will die.
I noticed that Obama is promoting another jobs tour, which means the bill is dead.
Prediction: The bill will pass in the Senate.
$100 million in federal grants to public and private "ethic solidarity nonprofits" to help illegals complete applications and choose which of their multiple identities to use to get the most US freebies.
Another $50 million for legal help and PR campaigns that tell illegals about the “trainload of freebies they get w/ registered immigration status.”
Dam those tricky Dems---they's downright diabolical! This is NOT Marco Rubio’s fault. He was pumping his prez ambitions on Sunday talk----visions of voting illegals w/ multiple identities dancing in his head.
Tolerant and compassionate Rubio sobbed when he told America that the immigration bill was "harsh"---that poor illegals would die of old age before they get citizenship. Rubio wrung his hands in despair that those wascally Dems snuck all kinds of funding and stuff into it. (cue graphic of Rubio w/ halo).

Sap-happy, smirking Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill) said "immigration reform" directly addresses security flaws exploited by the Boston bombers ... just more claptrap from vote-crazed Dems....they'll say and do anything to stay in power. "Reform" is their ticket to Dem paradise.
Durbin stupidly referred to the Kazakhstan student let into the US without a visa who is now in custody---accused of helping his Chechnyan bombing pal----suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev---- by disposing crucual evidence to help Tsarnaev stay out of trouble.
"There's not enough coordination between US agencies WRT foreigners being in the United States," Durbin told CNN. "....the reform bill addresses that," smirked dimwit Durbin.

Didn't Obama say over the weekend that same sex marriage should be in the immigration bill? Pretty sure I heard that because I thought "proof he wants immigration to fail so he can blame republicans."
It seems to me like the Democrat politicians want to put up this bill and vote for it and have Republicans vote it down, so they can say they tried, while making Republicans look anti-Hispanic. But the Republicans don't want to play the rube, so they plan to vote for it, too. So the Dems are now talking about adding gay partner 'rights', because if no one votes against it, it might pass. Bonus: Republicans look 'homophobic'.

I was told when I asked about these rules.....Oh, its not our job to enforce these rules, just process them. And I was talking about legal immigrants.

Yes there are laws that legal immigrants (which these were, how many times do I have to say it?) sign, papers with rules that they are supposed to follow but just like everything else it is NOT tracked. Once they are here they are not enforced. Multiply what my county was doing across the U.S. Do you really think that everyone is enforcing this? Just like everything else.....it is not our problem, process it. Who do you think would have cared had I made that phone call to report the legal immigrants? The Boston Bombers collected welfare for 10 years.
Only the American people care (at least I hope so), the rest of the cretins in government....not so much.
