Huckabee is wrong, and is just trying to stay relevant. People who don’t need to wear sunscreen need not worry about being law-abiding anymore. They can break laws and lie with impunity and 50% of the voting electorate will forgive them. But, keeping our eyes on the ball, if HRC is derailed from any attempt at being the Dumbacrat presidential nominee in 2016 then all is good in my book.

On one hand you have many well-meaning Republicans who don’t want to purposefully do damage to the country or tear it apart. One the other you have the Democrats who have made it their life’s work. The Republicans lack the will to drive the dagger home and twist it. That’s what it will take to get this guy and so it won’t happen.
Our only hope is if Dick Morris says he’s going to skate.
There are not enough people in this country who care anymore. For them this is just more of that boring political stuff that doesn’t mean anything to their lives.

Does anybody remember if Juan Williams made the same complaint when they were investigating the “outing” of Joe Wilson’s “spy” CIA wife, Valerie Plame for the “Nigergate” affair?
In the end, Scooter Libby was indicted for “obstruction of justice” even as we now know that the prosecutors knew that it was Richard Armitage who leaked her name from the very beginning.
How much did this investigation about nothing cost and was Juan Williams concerned about it?
