Colorado’s new gun law drives four recall efforts
Daily Caller ^ | 5/6/13 | Greg Campbell

Update: The “A Whole Lot of People for John Morse” committee gets slightly bigger than six people. Update at the bottom.

As Colorado lawmakers entered the last frenzied 72 hours of the legislative session — 90 bills were still on the docket when the legislature was called to order Monday morning — four state politicians are facing efforts to recall them from office.

Recall drives are in full swing against Senate Democrats John Morse, Evie Hudak and Angela Giron as well as Democratic Rep. Mike McLachlan.

Nice. Pull these bastards out of office. After Sanford, this will be yet another blow to the Democrat morale in 2014.

Regarding the "A Whole Lot of People for John Morse committee," from the article,...

"The committee paid for a 'public awareness alert' warning voters to beware of giving personal information to petitioners, who, they warned, may be criminals or sex offenders."

They're using a feminist tactic (false, generalizing accusation against political opposition)--typical for Calirado.

Red Steel and TigersEye, you might want to see my comment just before this one (re. "petitioners...may be criminals or sex offenders"). Something else important about that from the article,...

"Update: “A Whole Lot of People for John Morse” committee filed a new contribution and expenditure report Monday, listing contributions of $23,050. Most of that, however, comes from America Votes-Colorado, a national group that supports progressive policies and politicians. That group contributed $20,000. Not counting America Votes, the Colorado Democratic Party or the El Paso Democratic Party, the committee raised $1,750 from 50 people."

Hope someone can use it as a clue.

Read somewhere that the 20,000 contributor was Soros backed. Makes sense if true.

If that POS Chickenlooper commutes the death sentence of Nathan Dunlap, he needs to be recalled as well.

$20K is quite a lot of money to fight a small recall effort. It would seem that the money is not being spent wisely as their efforts are only helping to bring more attention to the recall. Most people already know what liars they are and don’t believe a word they say. Even the name of their group rings of obvious attempts at deception. I think that it’s safe to say that it may be over for Morse. He just doesn’t know it yet. There is also talk of adding Fields to the recall party. Maybe they can squander another twenty grand on her as well.
