Ariel Castro, the Cleveland man police say kidnapped and held captive three women for a decade, could also face aggravated murder charges for allegedly terminating the pregnancies of his captives.
Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy J. McGinty said Thursday that based on the facts of the case, his office intends to seek charges not only for the sexual assaults endured by the victims, but also "each act of aggravated murder he committed by terminating pregnancies."

The picture in the hospital shows her with her arm around her daughter, and she carried her into her sister’s house. She obviously loves her daughter. Jaycee Dugard also showed love for her children.
I wholeheartedly agree that Amanda looking after the child may have saved her mentally by having something, a goal or mission to protect the child especially under captivity.
I’m a divorced male with no children of my own and was just trying to think of things from Amandas perspective over this. Her life was completely and immediately turned upside down when she was kidnapped and after a long 10 years turned upside down again.
Trying to put myself in her position, I’m not sure that I could continue on with the child. She was a product of her nightmare and now that that nightmare is over and moving forward......I dunno.
I truly hope that she is able to continue to love and raise her child. She’s surely just as traumatized by it all as well and further trauma obviously wouldn’t be good if she was put up for adoption or foster care.
But I keep coming back to a feeling of I’d just want to try and forget it all and move on and the child I think might prevent that.

The monster that kidnapped, raped and abused them. He would starve and beat the women in the abdomen until they miscarried. I don’t know how these women physically survived that type of trauma but they did (or at least 3 of them... I suspect there are others who didn’t).
Maybe give him a “life” sentence and put him with the general population.

Actually, the left, and especially the “millenials” on the left, have absolutely no problem with contradictory views on a case by case basis.
They abandon logic and consistency in order to justify their worldview.
They have eyewitness testimony from the other girls, plus they will have medical testimony about previous pregnancies, adhesions, and other conditions caused by repeated “miscarriages” (in this case baby murders.)
This young woman, Michelle—the one who had the five babies beaten out of her—is currently undergoing facial reconstuction surgeries because of what the monster did to her.
She needs our prayers and support.
As an aside—many perps have been convicted of first degree murder without a body as evidence.
