Report: RNC scrapped pre-election Benghazi ad; Conservatives demand to know why

Twitchy Staff

Did the RNC make a big mistake last fall? A new report by ABC News’ Jonathan Karl has many conservatives seeing red.

Johnatha Karl, ABC News, reports that this ad was put together by the RNC last fall but was “scrapped at the last minute because of objections from the Romney campaign, which was concerned the ad would distract from Romney’s efforts to focus on the economy.”

Regardless of whether or not the Romney campaign actually played a role in the RNC’s final decision, many conservatives are frustrated and angry with the RNC for keeping the ad buried at a time when the American public needed to know the truth: ...

Ask yourself what kind if ghoul can go to sleep when Americans are being slaughtered and no help is being sent?? How many of those ghouls live in DC and who are they specifically? How many know and are still silent and who are they?

The answer is simple: The RNC wanted obama to win.

If nothing else, the Romney folks choice not to run the ad proves that Romney is also incapable of taking that 3 AM call and making the right decision.

Christie would do well to run in the Democrat primary.

He’s a fine, moderate, Democrat.

” Romney did not want to win,

He frightened himself badly in the first debate, saw he had a chance to win, so he blew the next two.

He never had any intention to win.”

You know something, Venturer, I agree with you 100%.

Why would Romney buy a 17 million beach house in La Jolla, CA,and start a 5 million rehab on it, right smack dab in the middle of a POTUS campaign? He didn’t want to win anymore than McCain did!

That particular ghoul I wouldn’t expect to go to sleep, I’d expect him to be watching the live satellite feed with popcorn and champagne (if only champagne were halal, of course, but you get the idea)...

” Clearly, the time has come for Civil War in the Republican Party to determine who will control the party. “

Long past the time.

” We are at about seven months since the last election, seven months that John Boehner and most of the Republicans have frittered away. Karl Rove has not squandered his time, he is setting up a money machine with which to dominate the Republican Party and stifle conservatism. We are in a civil war to win control of the Republican Party and we are in a war to the death with Democrats. We cannot lose on either front if we are to save the Republic.”

Excellent post. I differ with you on splitting away from the party. There isn’t time to save the Republic, and do this. We must take over the Republican party, and fast! Like you said, Rove is raising millions to brush conservatives into the ash heap.

My problem is figuring out why he worked so hard against his fellow Democrats who DID want to win.

There was a something going on there.

I think our top people were fed ‘tailor made’ lies... ones the stroked their big fat egos and made them feel important. The same kinds of lies all the rest of the blowhard muckity mucks were told - each made to fit that groups ego...

America needs to be led by warriors not by lawyers

My new tagline...

I’ve been saying it for years , and knowing a few good warriors that I would love to be led by , I mean it .

At risk of offending the few good lawyers that must exist out there ( keyword : few) Lawyers are trained to lie , shamelessly and abundantly , in order to gain their objectives. Effective word smithing , not honor or duty to country is their personal goal and guideline .
Since WW2 we have somehow allowed ourselves to become totally infiltrated with this sick ethos . The have subverted and manipulated the Constitution to the point where it is almost irrelevant . The foz is running the henhouse and we let them . Unqualified and dishonorable lawyers are sending the best of our citizens off to die in our righteous wars , unsupported , with only the fuzzy negotiated deals and pleas they will enter int with our most mortal of enemies as their primary goals . Our heroes go down to their graves in honor , surrounded and buried in the lies and obfuscations of these ‘lawyers’ . Our honored heroe’s loved ones and families are lied to and disrespected by these lawyers . It’s got to end , or we shall cease to be as a nation . I call upon the true and worthy warrior heroes to rise up and led us with the leadership they have earned . Not with the leadership of corrupted leadership the lawyers , and other utterly unworthy , have stolen . We await .

Most kids consider running away from home. When you grow up you find that sometimes home runs away from you. It’s a whole “nother” country. Happy “Nother’s” day.
