Wednesday's testimony on the Benghazi terror attacks by State Department whistleblowers before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform contradicted several statements by then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in testimony before House and Senate committees in January. However, while Clinton may have misled Congress in her testimony, she likely did not commit perjury because she never actually testified under oath.
Video recordings of Clinton's Jan. 23 testimony before the House Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Senate Foreign Relations Committee suggest that she was never sworn in.

After the Amnesty vote today I am convinced that there are only 4 Republicans in the Senate.

Absolutely none. But when Hillary gave aid and comfort to the enemy, that's treason, whether she was under oath or not.
She was also not under oath when she lied to the American people. It will not help her... she will face the truth of her treason... she may never feel the sting of Justice but she will never be president either.

If we can;t primary these RINOs out we need to demand that they switch parties and become Democraps so we can run someone against them...
The consequences should come when and if she runs for President. Any opponent, Democrat or Republican, should ram this down her throat. Not only did she lie to the American people, she showed incredibly bad judgment in a crisis. Not qualified to be the leader of the free world.

It has been one of those days...just pure outrage after outrage after outrage.. I am just feeling beat down and hopeless now.

As far as I’m concerned every government employee should be considered as always under oath.
She worked for me and EVERY other taxpayer in this country. I expect my employees to tell the truth. She’s not some f**king goddess or queen who can do whatever she wants. She drinks too much and falls down. There’s a real display of greatness.
What’s the big deal. Impel her to testify under oath to the same things she claimed when she wasn’t under oath. If she differs in her testimony, investigate it.
Our current RINO/CINO congress doesn’t have the balls to do it. She knows that. She skates.
