You’re half right — he is lying his ass off. But you have to read the words VERY carefully: he said the only change THE WHITE HOUSE made was that one word. He was very careful not to say that they demanded that the CIA make all the other changes.
CNN is rescuing him by switching coverage at the top of the hour.

I hope this makes sense, but it’s what I’ve been praying for. I believe there would be the realization by some that a couple of retired SEALs gave of themselves to do the right thing. They new the risks, but new the consequences if they did not act. They said to themselves if not to each other that the orders to “stand down” were not in the cards as too many lives were depending upon their action. These people considering becoming whistleblowers have a much better chance of a future than did the two retired SEALs under their circumstance I would believe, and it therefore would be on their conscience if they did not come forward to do the right thing as those SEALs tried, and to a degree succeeded to do.
This Administration is so wrong on everything. I hope many come forward to testify against the wrong that is leading this ship of State at full speed towards the rocks.
That’s how I see it anyway. FWIW. Probably get smoked by some arrogant know it all’s, but I do believe there are some in this government that still love this country, and will risk going against the enemy within.

To begin with, if Obama wants to run arms and ammunition covertly ANYWHERE in the world, he has to use the CIA. So, let us assume that CIA personnel were being used to run weapons to Syrian rebels. During the attack on Benghazi, there may have been 28 CIA employees present, who were able to be evacuated. However, the CIA, and their people know, that Obama was willing to let them ALL die to protect his chances at re-election.
There is the usual media and leftist circling of the wagons to protect Obama and Hillary. But as they circle those wagons, they are aware that they are fighting people who are "unseen," people who know a LOT, and people who can reveal a LOT. And that is making the hairs stand up on the backs of some necks.
The spooks accept that they will occasionally lose someone, it comes with the job. I'm betting that they are NOT willing to accept MASS MURDER of their members to protect jackasses like Hillary and Obama. Moral is: Don't mess with the spooks.
