If the state has no authority, what authority would the RPV have? It IS a private cemetery, after all. Better the fear of desecration of its cemetery should make its owners, and not the town of Doswell, have to pay big time for its security.
Now the County Police will have to provide additional security for a private cemetery; They need to keep the site from becoming a shrine to jihad and also to prevent graves from being desecrated.
You're obviously referring to the graves of the unfortunate deceased and, by extension, the innocent families thereof, interred anywhere near that muzz maggot, yes ?
His is far from the only grave in the cemetery. As far as I know, none of the others are terrorists or any such thing, so they and their families do not deserve to have this maggot near then.
By the way, one correction to my prior post: Caroline County does not have a Police Department, it has a County Sheriff.
Personally, I think that Martha Mullen lady did this for publicity and to be on TV.
