OK, can someone explain to me how a sequester that was triggered March 1, 2013, caused the State Department to have insufficient security in Benghazi in September 2012?

I can explain perfectly. It’s due to the need for the helpers who will need $150,000,000 to train people to understand how to fill out 0bamacare forms. You see, that money was borrowed from the security budget of the previous bi-ennial budgetary process and folded into the projected 2014 numbers. So, the State Department forgot to buy paper and lost the toner cartridge.

Yes. State just had the one cartridge and people had to work in stairwells to save electricity. The window washers went on strike and the carpets were ordered, though, since it was a fluid intelligence situation.

Let me be clear. Most Americans agree with the common sense security measures that fewer Pilot brand pens make on their daily lives. I think we can all agree to rebudget security when the cameras arrive on site. Until then, this is an ongoing investigation into the missing Sticky Notes, so I will take no questions.
