Authorities in Massachusetts have developed "mounting evidence" against the alleged Boston Marathon bombers that would place them near the scene of a grisly 2011 triple homicide that has remained unsolved.
Officials told ABC News that preliminary forensic tests link Tamerlan Tsarnaev and his younger brother, Dzhokhar, to the scene of the murders in Waltham, Mass.
Brendan Mess, 25, who at one point lived with Tamerlan and trained alongside him in both boxing and martial arts, was found dead in his home with his throat slit. The late Tamerlan had once described Mess as his best friend, though it was known that the ethnic Chechen became increasingly upset with Mess' lifestyle choices.

Wasn't this mounting evidence available right after the murder? What they hell was the evidence they investigating at that time?
most probably local DA’s figuring out a way to solve local, unsolved crimes, and sweep it all under the rug.
If provable might this murder, exactly one year prior to the younger bomber’s naturalization, be used to revoke his citizenship? And if done prior to the bombing trial might a competent investigation and prosecution of the bombing case take a better track? Former is conceivable, alas the competent part of latter is not as it would require two acts of God preceded by a conservative House coup.
I sure hope Dzhokhar has a date with the injection “triple play” at Terre Haute Federal.
So they don't make copies and send them? So how do they keep their own laws of (such files are open to public scrutiny under Massachusetts law) if they give out the files and not copies of the file.
How much should be penalize them? $500 if not returned in 5 days and $100 every day after they are in violation? 'We the People' has to keep them honest and make sure they follow laws them impose themselves!

Tamerlan Tsarnaev and his younger brother, Dzhokhar think they are Allah’s enforcers. With this mindset, they are willing to eliminate other human beings like a soldier takes out the enemy. They are savage sodiers willing to murder innocent human beings for what I call flawed thinking. It is the flaw that goes to the heart of the radical Islamist’s thinking. If they worship a god who is all powerful, you would think their god would be capable of doing enforcement without human assistance. When they fail to make that conclusion, their thinking is flawed.
In fact, if their god has almighty knowledge of all existence in the past and future, why would he need men to do his thinking for him? This is what happens when Muslims say that Allah is angry. They are making a determination of how Allah thinks. The are putting thoughts in God’s mind and words into his mouth. They are determining what judgement there should be and what justice should be taken. It is all fantasy. In fact, it is fantasy when they give their god human emotions of joy and anger. It gives human qualities that in no way describe Almighty God. It puts human thought into God’s infinite knowledge. To use such logic to justify the execution of another human being is carrying this flawed thinking to its ultimate conclusion. It is the same thing that leads one to sin by having another idea of what God wants one to do. It is also blasphemy.
However, the God of the Bible is beyond my feeble human thinking and does not need me to tell him how he must think. To take this flawed thinking and use it to justify warfare is just what Mohammed, as a military commander, wanted to get men to be loyal in his fight. This evil ideology, where men become as gods, is the spiritual fight that has been with man since Eve gave man the forbidden fruit.
I will go one step further: the Tsarnaev brothers are savages who are on the level of the demonic soldiers of the Blood War. I use this analogy from the game Dungeons and Dragons which is the same type of fantasy game these radical Muslims are playing. As such, they should be all treated as war criminals.
Or, they are chechen wahhabis.
All three victims were Jewish, they were murdered, almost decapitated, on the tenth anniversary of September 11, and the oldest brother did not attend the funeral of one of the victims, who he had considered a “close friend.”
Hard evidence against the Boston Brothers has not been released - so far, just cell phone calls in the general area and fingerprints of the older brother, which would square up with being a friend and visitor to the house.
