my perhaps overly optimistic view of what Issa is saying here is that the investigation into Benghazi isn’t a political witch hunt meant to have consequences for political purposes. Instead Issa is saying the investigation is about actually finding out the truth about what happened the night four Americans were killed in Benghazi and why the American people were lied to about its root cause.
My rhetorical response question to Demo politicos who
charge that the whole affair is a GOP witch hunt of
Clinton and Obama is as follows: If you didn’t believe
this is a witch hunt would you be any more cooperative
or helpful than you have been so far? .....didn’t think so.
