Original title:
Internal IRS Mandate: ‘Be on the Lookout’ for ‘Organizations Involved In … Educating on Constitution and Bill of Rights’
That mandate would have the IRS “on the lookout” for the USA’s Founding Fathers. Having the IRS actively work to achieve the liberal agenda is treason. (Funny that Islamic terror groups seem to be off the list, though . . .)

I’m sure that Obama wanted to target Hillsdale College because they advertised on Rush Limbaugh. That, and the fact they pride themselves on teaching the constitution.

Despicable worthless POS in command of surreal bureaucratic ghouls.

“Constitution and Bill of Rights.”

Now the irs is being used to harass people who believe in the founding principles of this country. That directive had to come from the top, where the top man hates this country and the principles on which it was founded.

The appropriate response is jail time, for all involved.

This is what happens when you elect communists. But we knew that already.

Mark Levin’s Landmark Legal Foundation is at the heart of this scandal.

Whose name is on the memo? Can information be provided that names who has been directly looked at by the IRS because of this memo? If so it needs to be made personal i.e. a groups such as the Tea Party needs to take the originator of the email and subsequent investigators to court - flush out the small rats to get to the king. This may mean the Tea Party may need to take on the IRS. Wow would that be a fight!

Otherwise just kick it to the curb like so much other BS that virtually nobody seems to care about!

So the government elite is going after Christians, who won’t bow and worship the King, and people dedicated to individual rights and freedoms.

And who is left who is surprised?

It is the government against the people. Sound familiar?

This scandal involving President Obama using the Internal Revenue Service to harass his political enemies is akin to watching a volcano that is about ready to do a major eruption. It may make the Benghazi debacle look like a minor event in comparison, since the IRS has extraordinarily FRIGHTENING enforcement powers.

Weapons are forbidden in student rooms, iirc. And freshmen are required to live on campus.

I admit I was a bit skeptical of how far up the chain this went if it went beyond the IRS at all, but after reading things this AM, I think this could now be even bigger than Benghazi, and where Benghazi was an alteration of a talking point which is not criminal, this is.

Someone high up in the IRS requested this scrutiny...who was it and why is the key point to be addressed as soon as possible. I would bet whomever is must be a registered Dem and probably big Obum supporter. Probably listens to MSNBC and NBC also.

I remember the IRS abuses of the 70’s which were investigated to the max and these deserve nothing less. For instance they determined which person in IRS was providing tax returns to the white house and they also ran to the ground cash which was generated off company books for bribes and also why audits did not uncover the bribe money for years.

ABSOLUTELY EVERY ONE....yes even the lo-fo voters, is affected by this. NO ONE....NO ONE will defend it.

The lo-fo voters might not pay as many taxes as most of us but they all pay FICA so they understand taxes coming out of their paycheck.

NOT GOOD.

And here’s my speculation....I’m good at speculatin’....rumor I hear whispered is that Mark Levin’s extracted the IRS to have to admit they did this as reparations for the damages done by this egregious invasion of privacy.

Sheer genius but I caution, I’m speculating here.

But seriously, why on earth would the IRS come out and admit this...voluntarily?

Between this and Benghazi....dear Lord it took almost five years but those thugs have got to be known.

Also, NEXT time those liberal a**holes go claiming some shooter or criminal is a right-wing type they will look so stupid, so stupid.

Again, sheer genius....fighting the Dems by their own rules.

And hey, while I’m at it, I’m kind of impressed by Karl Rove’s group coming out with an attack ad against Hillary. Of course, the media boo-hooers are whining that it’s too soon, she deserves the benefit of the doubt.

OH NO SHE DON’T. She lies about people, she lets them die in faraway places, and further, the witch has already testified. The pubs need to keep attacking and keep attacking. They’d for sure be doing it to us.

That woman has never done a good thing once for her country. She’s mean, vicious, unlikeable, dear Lord and they’re thinking of making her President?

Forget that now, thank goodness.

The Republicans didn’t ask for the apology that was given out of the blue freely by the IRS mostly as a response to the IG report which becomes public this week, thanks in no small part to Mark Levin’s Landmark Legal Foundation. He went around the IRS and filed a complaint with the Treasury Department IG Office. If they are willing to give up that info, what else is there in the low hanging fruit they are willing to give up to protect that which is much higher.

If I were an employee of the Cincinnati office and heard that on the news, I would have been taking a long coffee break to get in tough with my lawyer, or find one, and have him contact the House and Ways Committee chairman to invoke the whistle blower status. Cantor has already said they will be initiating hearings and from what I have read, two others, one of which is Judiciary.

There have been accusations in the past of several Presidents using the IRS as a private army against their enemies. This time there are memos. Memos are call proof! Yep everyone, the laws of this land have been broken. If this is allowed to stand, precedent is established, and if Conservatives ever win back control of this government ... get ready big media ... get ready all liberal organizations ... Conservatives will be allowed to come for you with precedent for protection. Precedent .. a lovely legal term that word ... Precedent.

Obama must be impeached for this , using the IRS like a gestapo which it is of course as government is evil and doesn’t work.

Also targeting conservative groups invalidate the U.S. presidential election of 2012.

Obama and Obama’s IRS targeted conservative groups during the election to rig the results of the election.

Altering a talking point memo which did not address the lack of security in the first draft is not criminal. Don't conflate their failure to act or the fact the security was non existent with a plat to murder a bunch of patriots. Yes it was a political issue for sure and lying to the public carries with it political damage IF PURSUED BY THE MEDIA.

What they may have done with the IRS is criminal, extortion for starters. They have to get from the IRS operatives a to the executive White House offices to lay a glove on the turd. Do I think they are involved in this matter at the IRS, I would say the probability is 60-40 at this point and that will be adjusted when we see who was directing this at the IRS which hopefully will be on wednesday. Right now they are playing checkers, one jump at a time. Hopefully they don't jump too far or the inquiry will fizzle. On the IRS matter, they need a special prosecutor pronto so those who carried out this crime can be immunized to move up the chain. Congress is not the place to do this as the inquiry would be obfuscated by the dems and shut out by the media.

Impeachment in the United States is an expressed power of the legislature that allows for formal charges against a civil officer of government for crimes committed in office. The actual trial on those charges, and subsequent removal of an official on conviction on those charges, is separate from the act of impeachment itself.

Impeachment is analogous to indictment in regular court proceedings, while trial by the other house is analogous to the trial before judge and jury in regular courts.

Typically, the lower house of the legislature will impeach the official and the upper house will conduct the trial.

At the federal level, Article II of the United States Constitution (Section 4) states that “The President, Vice President, and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors.” The House of Representatives has the sole power of impeaching, while the United States Senate has the sole power to try all impeachments. The removal of impeached officials is automatic upon conviction in the Senate. In Nixon v. United States (1993), the Supreme Court determined that the federal judiciary cannot review such proceedings.

Impeachment can also occur at the state level; state legislatures can impeach state officials, including governors, according to their respective state constitutions.

At the Philadelphia Convention, Benjamin Franklin noted that, historically, the removal of “obnoxious” chief executives had been accomplished by assassination. Franklin suggested that a proceduralized mechanism for removal — impeachment — would be preferable.

I’m getting tired of the references to the IRS having done this or that. The IRS does not issue directives, PEOPLE DO!

Just like Benghazi and Fast & Furious, these directives originate from individuals who have the authority to give such orders. These people need to be publicly identified & FIRED - now, not a year from now.

Technically the IRS harassment and summary refusal and failure to follow proper procedure is a violation of due process rights of the applicant corporations/organizations.

Even more serious is the violation of applicants Civil Rights Act concerning Hate Crime, which is exactly what the IRS engaged in relation not only to conservatives but also in relation to jewish organizations based on racial descrimination.

IT IS HATE CRIME.

Hate Crimes have been commited in the name of Obama fascism.People need to be tried, convicted and punished. If the president was involved , it is a high crime worthy of impeachment.

Its time for America to rise against the Obama fascist government, its Czars and political operatives, who seeks to nationalize and socialize The People, in order to destroy the Republic.

"The Final Days" is another book by Olsen, published just after she died on 9/11/01. Both books are hard hitting.

Hillary is way more evil than nobama, simply because she's been at it for much longer.
