This sounds like the question leading up to Nicholson’s famouse speech in “a few good men”....tell me Colonel, If you gave an order that Santiago wasn’t to be touched, and your orders are always followed, then why would he be indanger, why would it be necessary to transfer him off the base?
On in this case, why would the IRS issue orders to not target certain 501’s and then have some low level guys do what they wanted to do?
If we take the low level at face value, then this to me is even more scary that a high level conspiracy. This means that the IRS is full of fascist Brown Shirts that will do the left’s bidding without being told to....
“Terminate” as in job or the real termination? I would be happy with the latter, myself.
terminate? how about prosecute? eliminate any benefits accrued during federal gov employment? issue the equivalent of a dishonorable discharge so that (if theyr’e not in jail) they cannot find employment even at McDonalds?
