Why would low level employees risk their jobs by doing this on their own. They got orders from high up the chain
1 - Hatched this plan on their own
2 - Designed a complicated form
3 - Had the form printed and distributed
4 - Set up a data base to process the forms and collate the data
5 - Found the time to do it all without impacting their other work
6 - Did it all without drawing attention from their superiors?
Only a member of the Slobbering Obama Media would believe a Fairy Tale like that.
Basically, if you could get them to answer honestly,
they should answer what they’d want to see happen if a conservative president were involved.

I find it laughable the way the media is saying that the administration “might have” “messed up”.
It probably is to take eyes off of Benghazi, possibly also to try to generate smoke for more gun-ban talks/legislation [the statists, this includes many Republicans, really want gun-control]. But here's the thing: the IRS's activities are an impeachable offense itself -- if we had a patriotic or morally secure congress with any brains they'd be snapping this up and pursuing it up trying to frighten them into implicating Obama to save their own skin, just like they'd already have been doing w/ Benghazi.
If the president were white, and especially a conservative,
yeah, this would lead to impeachment.

TEMPE, Arizona (CNN) — President Obama on Wednesday turned a flap over his commencement speech at Arizona State University into a joke — then a lesson about never being satisfied with one’s accomplishments.
The university said last month that it would not be awarding Obama an honorary degree at the ceremony, saying that “his body of work is yet to come.”
Saying he wanted to address “the little controversy everyone was talking about a few weeks back,” Obama said, “we all learned an important lesson.”
“I learned to never again pick another team over the Sun Devils in my NCAA bracket,” he said, referring to the school's basketball team. “It won't happen again.”
“President [Michael] Crow and the board of regents will soon learn all about being audited by the IRS,” he joked.

Solution? Ignore Obama. That's what his administration does. He is assigned to teleprompter reading and fund raising. He is NOT involved in policy. His office hours are scant and just for show. In fact, his keepers really prefer him to be out of town. They keep him busy with an appearance schedule, and distract him with golf and Reggie Love weekends. And God knows what else. Does this look and act like a normal human to you?
IMNVHO, what we need to do is completely ignore the SOB, just like his handlers, and accentuate a positive PROGRAM, and PLAN to implement it.
