In years to come when people lament the state of conditions in US hospitals I hope they remember which party is exclusively responsible.

Much like the DMV or any other gubmint agency, the union steward knows that each “Healthcare Administrator” has an agreed upon caseload of say 1,200 people requesting services. Should that number climb to 2,400 persons and the government does not expand the workforce to handle the laziness of administrator “A” by hiring another Adinistrator “B”, 1,200 people will have to die or stop requesting medical services in order for you to be processed.

Of course they will!

It will be George Bush's and the Republicans fault, and Obamacare will have morphed into Bushcare.
