Who is behind the IRS revelations, and why?

In the most secretive administration in history that has managed to conceal even the Presidents college records, ask yourself why they are allowing this to happen.

If you follow the “money”, i.e. who benefits from it, the only answer is that this is a diversion, “wag the dog” tactic to deflect attention away from Benghazi. If Rush isn’t on this path, he needs new show prep.
